Tranquility Tonic

I was feeling really high anxiety before using this tincture, and about 30 minutes after taking it, I noticed a clear shift. My body felt more relaxed, and mentally, I felt calmer and more grounded. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I was finally able to focus and actually get something done. It didn’t knock me out or make me feel foggy—just noticeably more at ease. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand for stressful days. The taste is just okay. I prefer to mix this into a flavored drink or tea.

I love Ashwagandha and this product is well balanced with the addition of Holy Basil, Skullcap, Oat Tops, and Lavendar. It smells and tastes delicious. The best way to take it is right out of the dropper and then swish it around in your mouth to absorb most effectively.It is a USA-based, woman owned company which I really like and even more importantly the ingredients are certified organic.Look at my photos, you can see how dark and rich the extract it. It works great and has a calming effect. I love taking it in the evening.Great product and great value for the quality and effectiveness.

I really wanted to like this product since it’s suppose to help with calmness and relieves stress.Unfortunately, taking it directly in my mouth or mixing it with my herbal tea gave me more anxiety as i didn’t like the taste of it at all.Honestly, I feel like it’s my fault for not reading the ingredients first where it shows it’s made up of half Organic Cane Alcohol and I just found out that its unique flavor is an acquired taste that I have not yet mastered. I definitely had to spit out the little amount that I put in my tongue and had to eat something strong to get the taste off. My tea also could not mask the strong alcohol and I could not get through drinking my tea and had to dump out my cup of tea.I’m not going to rate this with a negative score since I cannot tell whether it works or not since I could not manage to get it down my system. I blame it on me since it tasted intense, medical and pungent which is just way too overwhelming.

I've been trying the Wooden Spoon Herbs' Tranquility Tonic for a while, mainly on days when I feel a bit more stressed or wound up to evaluate the tonic. The blend of ashwagandha, skullcap, and other calming herbs may have a subtle effect though it's hard to be sure. I take a small 1.75ml serving, and while it's not a dramatic sedating feeling, I think I do notice a gentle shift towards feeling a bit more settled and less on edge. It comes with a dropper, but I find it easier to use a syringe where I pull the 1.75ml in one shot and more accurately. The taste is quite horrible where I actually gagged the first time before I started mixing it with pineapple juice. Note that half of the volume is alcohol, which also helps calm someone down I suspect. The price point is hefty and the 2oz amber bottle only gives you a 10-30 days supply depending on the dosage you take each day. Overall, I find that it's an easy liquid to incorporate, and for a natural approach to daily stress, it may help take the sharp corners off anxious moments, but I really need to evaluate it better for myself. I do think that if anxiety is an issue, this may be something to consider, but discuss it with your healthcare professional as well.

This product arrives well sealed. The labeling is eye catching and unique.The dropper allows easy and precise use. Be aware this product does contain alcohol as an ingredient. The variety of ingredients do support a sense of calm. The liquid form does allow for quicker absorption but the taste is not the best. This product does have somewhat of a premium , but should last a while when used sparingly.

Does help feelings of anxiousness more than I expected it to, but you do need to be hyper aware of sensations within your body and attuned enough to know if something, like a panic attack, is coming on for it to be most effective. Great quality and doesn't spoil or separate like some tinctures do. The taste isn't my favorite, but it doesn't bother me much.

I haven’t been taking this for very long, but so far, so good. I’ve had no ill effects from taking almost 2 droppers full in my nighttime tea. I really do think it's effective & helps me relax more & sleep easier.The amber glass bottle arrived properly sealed & has a clear lot number & expiration date of 07/2028 (just over 3 years out) stamped on the bottom.The slightly bitter taste of it isn’t so bad when mixing it in some tea.I appreciate that this is certified USDA organic & made in USA by an established woman-owned company. This seems to be of high quality & I can surely recommend it.

This tincture has a sharp alcohol base. I have used it alone, but it is best with juice to make it more palatable. It does offer a notable sense of relaxation. I can feel the effects within minutes of taking the formula. The herbal blend feels thoughtfully sourced and clean, which I appreciate. It is an instant soft fix and offers nice support for gentle daily unwinding. I’d consider re-ordering again for the quality ingredients and overall vibe.

This is incredibly strong and burns my mouth and tongue if taken directly. I mix it with water and take a shot of it that way. Nice, calming effect. Good blend of herbs

I'm trying to reduce my *consumption* of other liquids to unwind, and can say that for me, this here tonic does have a soothing, relaxing effect at the end of the evening.I've been mixing a couple droppers full in an iced glass with LaCroix Black RazzBerry and it's tasty! I have tried it in Sleepy Time Tea and that just put me to sleep within minutes. With the LaCroix, it's a gradual calm that washes over rather than the sudden tired.It smells to me like an Old Fashioned but tastes when mixed with the black RazzBerry like a winter cocktail. I like it and if you're looking to cut out or replace some other beverages, this might be it.

I wanted to give this a try before sharing my thoughts, and so far, I've really enjoyed it! The tonic does have a slight scent, but I find that mixing it into green juice completely eliminates it. It’s versatile enough to be used at any time of day, and if you’re feeling a bit nervous, you can take it on the spot for some immediate relief.

I have tried this product for a few days now. I can see a slight improvement but very slight. Is that good . . . Yes. My hope is that with more use, I might see an even greater improvement. The flavor is not distracting.

I love that this is an organic made in the USA brand. It is properly packaged in a dark amber glass bottle with a dropper to dispense the tincture. It is also tested for potency, which is very important. I was using ashwaghanda so I love that this incorporates that in, in addition to other beneficial herbs. I find the taste to be tolerable. It is not something that I would say is good or bad in taste. However, I did not purchase it for the taste, but it is nice to have a tolerable tincture. I love that these herbs are known to promote relaxation and calm, which is something that I am striving for. It is very easy to use, just dispense with the dropper into your mouth or beverage of choice. This is a very nice product that is quality made.

I have taken my fair share of supplements containing Ashwaganda, but they have always been in capsule form. This is my first time using a liquid Ashwaganda, which, IMHO, is ideal, as liquid supplements will assimilate into the bloodstream faster and thus, one will experience the benefits more quickly, as well.I can pretty much endure the taste of any supplement, knowing I will reap its benefit and this product is no exception. Taking the tincture directly from the dropper wasn't an issue, but if it should be for you, the option of adding it to a flavored beverage would certainly make it more palatable.This product is USA-Made, obviously by a company that specializes in natural remedies, as that is what they are all about; no doubt, an herbalist developed this product (along with the company's other offerings), and strived to create the most effective blends. Five ingredients go into this particular one: Holy Basil, Oat Seed, Skullcap, Ashwaganda and English Lavender; all designed to provide one with the ultimate stress relief and calming benefits.As with any natural supplement, you should do your due diligence (or ask your own doctor, if they should know a thing or two about natural remedies...many do not), and research a new product you are interested in taking, to avoid possible interactions. (For example, Skullcap should not be taken with medicines that lower one's blood pressure, as it could exacerbate the effects.) I am all about natural remedies and greatly prefer them; just be sure they are safe to use.Bottom line: I like this product as it's natural, effective and fast-acting and wouldn't hesitate to order it again.

Taste great! Easy to incorporate into nutrition. I add to smoothies or coffee or used directly from the bottle.

I've suffered with high anxiety for a good portion of my life as well as sleep issues. The first time I tried this I took a half a dropper full of this liquid and was met with a very bitter taste of the contents within. The taste was almost too much, and had hints almost as strong as a shot of alcohol. After reading the "Other ingredients" I do see that it does contain organic cane alcohol. That explains that!If you are avoiding alcohol, or if it's forbidden from your diet for whatever reason, then this isn't the product for you. Otherwise, the first time I took it, I didn't quite get any noticeable effects. The second time I took it I took a whole dropper full, and while I don't know if I was just tired from the day, I was out!I like the fact that this product is purely organic in all the ingredients listed.The labelling is well labelled in the ingredients and has a nice "woodsy" type of aesthetic, which helps prep you subconciously. It's easy enough with the included dropper to get your desired does, or recommended dose. I do half and I seem to get decent results. It does seem to help relax me. I find that this organic alternative is a good choice for it's value, given the special ingredients contained within. I find that I get a bit woozy if I take melatonin the night before, so this is a nice alternative that doesn't leave me with such feeling. I tend to feel rested and wake without any groggy feelings and my energy levels are fresh after, though the nature of my sleep schedule shifts, this seems to be a good rememdy to help gear my mind and body for relaxation. I would definitely consider mixing this in your drinks vs. dropping it straight into your mouth... unless you don't mind the alcohol and bitterness.

I've been enjoying this tonic over the last week and have found it to be very relaxing, easy on the stomach and I've slept well. I've added it to my coffee which adds a little herbal flavor without it being overpowering. I've also added to water to sip during the day or at bedtime. All organic ingredients which is important to me and high quality. I also love to support small businesses.

This tranquility tonic works well. It was easy to use, I just added a dropper full to some tea and drank it down. The taste wasn’t unpleasant. The sweet tea masked the herbal flavor. I did feel more relaxed and was able to rest. I’m pleased with the results.

This one here tastes great and it seems to be healthy too like many of the things I've been trying. What attracts me most about this is the rare blend that I usually don't see anywhere else. It seems to be effective and I've been sleeping better since taking it. The package is rustic and the dropper is simple to use.
