Ordered this product to provide adrenal and immune support. Several of these supplements have provided great immune support for me previously, so I thought I would give Wooden Spoon Herbs a try. I appreciate the inclusion of Ashwagandha and Ginseng into this supplement as both of those have been important in providing energy and focus when needed. But what sells me on this product is that each serving size is just one capsule. For those of us who take multiple supplements each day, consuming just one of these capsules is an easy way to stay consistent and get our nutritional needs. Glad I ordered.

This herbal supplement contains an interesting combination of herbs, including ashwagandha.It didn't cause any adverse reactions, it's easy to take, and it's non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan, with some organic ingredients.

Its been a while I am using that. I wanted to see results first to give feedback. I feel more balanced emotionally. Calmness is noticeable. So I can easily say this product is working as axpectedly. The Prop65 warning can be ignored because it's just a California requirement, and if you avoided using everything with the warning, you'd have to be in a wooden hut with no belongings (ok, slightly exaggerated, but do not be scared by it). The only icon on the bottle indicates "woman-owned." I wish they'd include gluten-free, vegan, etc. on the bottle, not just on the product page.
