Magic Magnesium

I love this magnesium drink. I slept better and was able to feel the energy and effectiveness of the drink. It tastes pretty good, like a blue lemonade. Easy to mix and high quality results. I love this stuff, thank you.

I am always looking for different ways to drink my supplements, especially magnesium. This product is a fine powder so it mixes well and tastes great. Not gritty or sludgy and has a fun blue hue when added to water.

I was looking for a magnesium supplement to add to my daily routine and landed on this one because of the added spirulina (and the fun color never hurts!). The taste is light and lemon-y, and the powder dissolves very well. I’ve never noticed any grittiness. It may seem expensive, but I found that similar drink powders were the same or higher per serving and amount of magnesium, so I feel it’s a good value considering the ingredients. I have yet to take it long enough to notice any health major differences but will update if I do. I like it so far!

This magnesium supplement has a pleasant lemon flavor. You only need to take a teaspoon of it, which I've just been mixing into my tea. It seems to help me relax before bed. It does have various different types of sugar alternatives along with spirulina.

Nice flavor I take it at bedtime seems to help my muscles. Relax a little bit. I might fall asleep a little bit easier.I’m surprised how nice the container is, not including the little wooden measuring spoon. Seems like a real miss in marketing opportunity with the company being named wooden spoon lol!

Was pretty excited about ordering this magnesium. I liked the ingredient list and usually take magnesium before bed. I sleep much better, so was excited to try this item as a mix in for nighttime tea. The powder is very fine for mixing, and the smell is great. Will go well with my lemon or sleepy time teas before bed.

I’ve tried various magnesium supplements over the years because I do enjoy the health benefits of this particular nutrient, which include mood regulation, promotion of a healthy digestive system, enhanced sleep cycles, and more. This particular item appealed to me because it also includes blue spirulina, a superfood that can be tricky to find (unless you visit health food stores, where the price is usually pretty steep) but which offers plenty of antioxidants. So that is a nice addition to this powder. The item dissolves quickly and easily. A little goes a long way! There are thirty servings in each container which makes this product a great value. In local stores, magnesium products tend to be far more expensive. The taste is excellent. There’s a nice lemon flavor that’s enjoyable but not too intense; I believe nearly everyone would find this product pleasant and refreshing. There are no suspicious chemicals or added sugars here, which is an huge relief. Overall, I think it’s a great option for anyone seeking to add antioxidants, superfoods, and magnesium to their diet.

This works and makes me sleepy! Hoping for an unflavored one for my nighttime teas! The flavor is yummy though!

This product works great calms the mind my daughter purchased from Whole Foods. It worked well for myself and the children in moderation.

I have stevia this product is the excepción, I got a green tea with stevia and the result was no as pleasant as to mix this with water. I drink this at night, no sleepiness, next day no trouble to bathroom, my weigh is better or lower and, no pain of my workout. Flavor as I mentioned is amazing, also I hate lemonade, but this is simply delicious. I can’t recommend this enough, price, quality and real results nothing crazy but noticeable in short term.

Magic Magnesium by Wooden Spoon Herbs is a solid supplement with a few nice surprises. The blue spirulina color is fun, and the powder dissolves super fast—fine grains that mix in smoothly without clumping.It’s a bit sweeter than I’d prefer, but I just add more water to mellow it out. I especially love that it uses magnesium citrate—it helps keep things regular (yup, I said it). All in all, a nice way to wind down at night with some added gut and muscle support.

I like this product. It feels like a locally produced product- something you'd get at a farmer's market for example: it has a cool vibe to it. The flavor is good, and it mixes well. I like taking it at night in warmer water, but my husband likes it iced. The jar has lasted us a couple of weeks with both of us using it daily. Magnesium is so good for you- I'm glad we found this product.

Mixes well and helps me relax. I suspect I am sleeping better due the effectiveness. I think the quality for the cost is very good. Decent taste and not sticky or gross.

I was using a 40+ dollar brand before I found this one. In this economy I really couldn’t afford it. I wasn’t expecting much from this but man it’s great ! I add a bit of lemon and it’s really good! And it does its job perfectly! I’ll always buy from them.

This is so good, it’s fun and tastes great. It works too. Mine came with a cracked lid but it is still ok to use.

Love this so much. It helps maintain regular bowel movements too- not that I even expected that. I take it in the morning in conjunction with Olly Energized thinker (with a tiny bit of caffeine). I like this because it’s versatile. When I take it in the morning and have a tiny amount of caffeine, it calms and neutralizes my body. At rest or evening I do not notice a calming effect right away but the act of sipping a pretty blue beverage (it’s tasty too), is refreshing and calming in itself.Color: it’s exactly as described, it creates a beautiful ephemeral type blue that looks pretty. Clearly the effect is for a functional drink- but I’m sure if you had entertaining to do-this does have an aesthetic calm girl quality to it.Taste: very mild and not too sweet. I do not drink soda, sweet drinks… I was skeptical that this would be too much, it’s very mild. I purchased this originally from their website and I’m so glad it’s on here because it’s so much more convenient. Great quality and price.

Surprisingly good. I was initially hesitant to try this because I don’t love stevia, but it was one of the last ingredients and I’m glad I gave it a go. It has a pleasant, mildly sweet, and slightly citrusy taste. I love how it turns even more blue when you mix it up (my daughter loves this as well and sometimes I share with her a bit). I definitely notice more relaxation, better sleep, and easier bathroom time from taking this. The branding is really cute too and I love that it’s made in the US, seems like a small biz. They have other products that sound interesting too and a website of their own with more info. Overall it’s a good value for what you get and this seems like it will last me a long time!

I received this item as a part of my membership with Amazon Vine. I have been having some issues sleeping through the night and my research has lead me to using magnesium as a sleep aid. I had no idea of how many things magnesium can help the body with or that most people dont get enough of in their diets. I came across this brand and i liked the fact that it also has the spirulina in it so i ordered it and tried it the night i received it. Within 30 minutes of drinking the pretty blue drink, my eyes started drooping and within 40 minutes i had to go to bed. I slept really well that night and every night since! I do still wake up in the middle of the night but find it much easier to fall back asleep. It tastes great and while it is a bit pricey, you are getting what you pay for! One more added benefit is that in the morning when i wake up, i no longer need a cup of coffee to jump start my system - i pretty much wake up and have to go to the bathroom! It really helps me feel light in the morning and no drowsiness when i wake! Highly recommended!

Its a great tasting product, its nice to mix things up a little with drink rather than a pill. I like the innovation and comfort this product bings. Its basically sea derived magnesium with some natural flavoring.

I've been taking magnesium pills for years and this is a welcome change to my regiment. The taste is wonderfully sweet and the blue color is... playful! Yes, I think the off-blue color is fun, I feel like a scientist mixing this in my glass. The fine powder dissolves instantly. Magnesium sourced from the sea is interesting, and it sounds better than sourced from chemicals in a lab. For me it's working and I look forward to this versus choking down pills. Where it really shines is when I mix it with Psyllium husks. It makes the Psyllium go down so much easier with the sweet taste. Definitely recommend!

I’m absolutely loving this Magic Magnesium from Wooden Spoon Herbs! This blue potion is not only fun to drink as part of my nighttime routine, but it really does work like magic. I’ve noticed an immediate improvement in my muscle recovery and my sleep is way better since I started taking it. I’ve actually even seen my recovery score on my Whoop jump ~20 points every night I drink this Magic Magnesium. Love the brand and I’m excited to try more of their supplements. Highly recommend!

Try adding chia seeds to it as well. Delicious and has a great nutritional value. Works well with water, and the flavor is mild enough to accommodate other add-ins.

This Magnesium powder is amazing quality . It has clean simple good ingredients it taste pretty good unlike most like this the blue spirlina in it makes it turn blue which is kinda cool I felt very calm and relaxed after drinking it. it will definitely help relax you at bedtime . And I love this comes in a glass jar which isn't typical for powders like this . I'm very impressed and happy with this product and will purchase this product again
