📦 Processing & Shipping Policy

At My American Goods, we partner with trusted U.S.-based artisans, makers, and small businesses to bring you authentic American-made products. Because each product is shipped directly from its maker, shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds may vary by vendor. These details are clearly disclosed on each product page.

🕒 Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after processing. Specialty or handmade items may take longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or supply chain disruptions.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds

Unlike large marketplaces that set one blanket rule, each vendor sets their own shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds.

  • Shipping information is clearly displayed on every product page, under the Shipping & Returns section.

  • For example:

    • Devium USA — Free Shipping on Orders $125+ & Flat Rate $8.95”

    • Taylor Made Organics — Free Shipping on Orders $99+”

  • If you purchase from multiple vendors, each vendor’s shipping policy applies individually. Your order may have multiple shipping charges, depending on the number of vendors in your cart.

We currently ship within the United States only.

📦 Multiple Shipments

Because your order may include products from different makers, your items may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and delivery timeline.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each package.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 7 business days, please email us at Contact@myamericangoods.com.

📭 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • If it still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll help you file a carrier claim.

  • While we can’t control carrier delays, if a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the vendor to issue a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email Contact@myamericangoods.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 1-2 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in progress.
