As an herbalist, I love products like these and I tend to seek them out. This one tastes pretty good for an herbal blend and seems to have some subtle effects. I probably need to use it more to experience more tangible benefits. No side effects or issues.

Tastes really nice in my iced water. It can be very subtle, depending on how much water you're diluting it in, so if you want to taste it more, use less water. I tried it with plain water and berry water. The liquid is brown. I haven't noticed any differernce in my mood yet, but I haven't used it consistently, so maybe consistency is necessary? I like that they use organic ingredients.
