My American Goods® operates as an authorized retailer for the brands we carry through a combination of:

  • Shopify Collective partnerships

  • Direct wholesale relationships

  • Direct brand-authorized distribution agreements

All products listed on www.myamericangoods.com are sourced directly from brand owners or their approved distributors.

Depending on availability and fulfillment strategy, products may be:

  • Shipped directly by the brand, or

  • Stocked and fulfilled by My American Goods® from our Massachusetts-based fulfillment center

Regardless of fulfillment method, all products are authentic, brand-approved, and sourced from official inventory.

Brand Authorization & Sales Rights

By partnering with My American Goods, brands authorize us to:

  • List and sell their products on www.myamericangoods.com

  • Use product names, images, descriptions, and brand assets supplied directly by the brand or through authorized platforms

  • Fulfill orders either through brand-direct shipment or My American Goods’ in-house fulfillment, as agreed

Fulfillment method does not affect product authenticity, authorization status, or brand ownership.

Intellectual Property Rights

All product content — including names, images, descriptions, logos, trademarks, and other creative assets — remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective brand owners.

My American Goods® does not claim ownership of brand assets and does not misrepresent or materially alter brand-provided content. Content is used solely for the purpose of accurately marketing and selling authorized products.

Infringement Concerns & Dispute Resolution

If you believe any content on our site is being used improperly or outside the scope of authorization, please contact us directly at contact@myamericangoods.com before filing a DMCA notice.

We will respond promptly to:
