What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.

My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.

Small tablet with just the right daily amount of D3 and K2 to make sure you get vitamin D in your body. Vitamin D is extremely important to your overall mind and body. Went to the doctors for bloodwork and told me my vitamin D levels are superb which most people are deficient and I rarely go outside, so it really works. Totally worth!

I just got these in, they're incredibly smaller than what I'm used to and I ain't even mad about that, but please when you purchase these know that they will not fill up the entire bottle so it seem "off" that the pills are in the corner of the bottle. That's all.

I’ve purchased this product multiple times because it’s a fantastic way to supplement your Vitamin D everyday and especially in the winter. I like that it works in conjunction with the vitamin K that is also in this perfect supplement.Great for your immune and nervous system.

(Edit: there are not 60 capsules, there were only 45 in my last one)Small, helps with my SAD (SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER), you need that peprine and you can taste it if you let it sit on your tongue for too long. I won't take it if there's 2 separate pills for D3 and K2 so this works. Knowing it's legit and small batch is why I'm buying it and telling my vita-junkie family about it. Will be buying this for life. Please don't sell out to big pharma!

I love Wild Foods! I use several of the Wild Foods products and I’ve always been very satisfied. Living in the Pacific Northwest often leaves a lot of us with a vitamin D deficiency and this vitamin D3 & K2 with black pepper is perfect for me! I will continue to purchase this product! 💚

I have been taking this for several months due to vitamin D deficiency, I haven't had my levels checked to know if it helped, but I will say I have not come even close to being sick this winter yet. This is the only thing different in my routine. Which says a lot as someone who usually coughs my way through winter working in a hospital. I don't know for sure but I think there is a solid chance this is the reason!Update: My Vit D level has gone from severely deficient to normal with these, so I can say that they definitely work!
