A great product.

I take one every day to keep my gut healthy

I recently had to take an antibiotic (which I don't like!) and I took one of these capsules every day as well, and my digestion didn't feel affected by the antibiotic at all. I have been taking this as well as several other WildFoods supplements for years. These products are so natural and thoughtfully made. WildFoods treats you like family, and obviously care about your good clean health.

This is a great product. I feel the difference from before to after starting use of these pills. For my review, don’t know what they mean by “thickness” ,...All I know is that when I take a capsule of these probiotic/prebiotic every day, my digestion is better, my bowel movements are more regular and I don’t feel as gassy when I eat foods that usually give me problems.Sometimes I take it twice a day so it is a bit expensive,.... but feeling better is of great worth!

Regressed, and Abandoned

This product caused me to regress into a proto-human. At least I fit into airline seats better now, though the flight attendants don't care for my simian outbursts and preternatural drooling. Still, it's easier to tie bow ties, now. Go figure.

after taking a round of antibiotics I thought I'd start taking some pro and pre-biotics to help get my system back to normal and improve my gut health. I'm on month 3 of taking these, and I absolutely love and stand by this product. it has restored my gut health and digestion. I'm am proud to say I am now having normal bowel movements every day on a pretty regular schedule. which is something I've struggled with my whole life. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
