Added to my first-aid kit. Works great with an upset stomach, but we take them 20 min before getting in the sauna so any toxins released will be absorbed by the charcoal. Seems quality as well. Very satisfied.

i heard somewhere that when loosing weight to take activated charcoal to help pull fat soluble toxins from stored fat cells and so far no complaints

I use this activated charcoal cleanse my body of toxins, and it seems to work. Of course, I don't know the kind of toxins it captures and exit my system. I take one in the morning and one before bedtime. BTW, I know about activated charcoal... Thank you for this product.

First came across this product at TJmaxx of all places. This is my 3rd bottle since. It works great if you have acid reflex, if you know you ate very oily food and might regret it later, if you drank too much and want a little help absorbing it. Its a natural product so it feels better then drinking pepto or advil for example. Just something helpful to have in your medicine cabinet arsenal.

I have been using activated charcoal for more than 15 years, internally and externally. I once purchased the "#1 brand" on Amazon and it was clearly not real charcoal. This brand, despite the stupid name and label (is coconut "wild"? LOL) seems to be legit. It works externally for teeth whitening (I add to oil for oil pulling but it seems finely ground enough to brush with) and internally for tummy aches (drink a good amount of water when taking internally to avoid constipation). Will rebuy this brand.

i read - ALOT - i read EVERYTHING, and when i read some of the negative reviews on this product, i knew i HAD to give it a try - and let me tell ya folks - THIS STUFF WORKS WONDERS - it really does.the "bad" reviews said it "caused gas" - well of COURSE it did - it was doing some HOUSE-CLEANING.and although they may 'sorta' constipate a person, it's WORTH IT because it's doing it's job - it's detoxifying your guts - EAT A CAN OF SPINACH, and if that aint enough, drink a bottle of PRUNE JUICE, and i guarantee you will NOT be constipated.now listen; i'm 3/4-century old, and started having gut problems a few years ago - "diverticulitis" is HORRIBLE - i couldn't eat NUTS without them wreaking havoc on my guts, sometimes to a ridiculous extreme.WELL - one day i ran across an article talking about this stuff - so of course i had to try it - here's what i did:i took 6 the first day - 8 the next - staggered of course - not all at once.third and final day i only took 4 so i'd have plenty enough time between this detox and taking mydoc prescribed meds. (i only take 2 md-meds)but here's the thing:this IS a DETOX - therefore, if you try to take your meds along with this stuff, it'll render your meds useless UNLESS you take your meds 2-hours BEFORE - or 2-hours AFTER you take these pills.i know two old folks like me who decided to try it after i "guinea-pigged" it, and they LOVE the results, as do i.SO - if you really and truly wish to DETOX your guts - use THIS STUFF.it's not a "colon-cleanse" - most of those things don't work anyway, but this is NOT THAT.this stuff detoxify's your guts, all the way through.i strongly suggest getting in as much as you can for 3 days.give it a couple to a few days, and do NOT be alarmed by black stools.it's charcoal, it's bound to cause darkening of the stool - no reason to be concerned.it's one of those; "sure can't hurt to try it" sorta things.i sure am glad i decided to give it a go.i'll always keep them for occasional detoxing.

This brand + capsule came highly recommend from a friend when I started doing daily sauna sessions. I can tell when I don't take these before my session. For me, it's a pretty noticeable difference. It definitely helps with detoxing. I have also started using these when I get an upset stomach from something I ate or my stomach just feels unsettled. It's amazing how quickly I notice a difference and the level of discomfort decreases significantly. I would highly recommend and will continue to purchase!
