An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Tags, seals, accessories, and protective packaging intact
• Original packaging included
• Proof of purchase available

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

• Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
• Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
• Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
• Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
• Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:

• The item and the reported issue
• The product packaging and seals
• The outer shipping package and shipping label

Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

• If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.

Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
• Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after inspection.

Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.

Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.
