Copper Mixing Bowls

This is a beautiful piece of heavy weight copper. The picture shows one sturdy handle. My bowl came with a double handle on one side.not sure why, which is the only reason I gave it four stars. It was not what I expected. Just now noticed it also has a small dent. This may be going back.

This copper company makes the best items on the planet. I started out buying a cup with a handle and then I bought a bowl for my KitchenAid mixture and now I bought this bowl. I was on the fence about which size to buy and now that I’m hooked I’ll probably buy all three sizes at some point. My first purchase was for the medium because I didn’t know if the large would be too big or the small would be too small but now I’m realizing I want all three lolI know you don’t know me but trust me if you’re on the fence about buying one of these bowls, I promise you won’t regret it. It’ll be a purchase of a lifetime and bring a smile to your face every time you’re in the kitchen and you see it or need to use it.

This was a gift and I am absolutely in love. It’s a gorgeous work of art. A picture does not capture the beauty of this bowl. It’s a great weight and capacity. I hung it on my wall so it is convenient for frequent use and so I can enjoy looking at it. I wish I would have treated myself to it sooner!

Update: Neither lemon juice/water, nor mild cleaner solutions worked so I used very fine-grained sandpaper followed by polishing. The bowl has more visible scratches now and one spot was particularly deep and remains slightly visible (I didn’t want to scratch it too much). The color brightened nicely upon cleaning with lemon juice. Metal feels thick. The non-copper handle is attached with copper rivets and efficiently fits 4 small-to-medium finger tips to help leaning the bowl when using a hand mixer. So my issue aside, this seems to be a good product, enough so to update my review. 10” bowl looks a bit shallower to me than impression given by product images.—Having paid for a new product, I have seemingly received a used one - scratched all over and with many black dots on the inside (carbon spots? corroded metal?) as well as unevenly faded color. I am researching on the internet if black dots can be removed (it doesn't seem they can). Product will likely be returned if I don't find a solution. Good size and shape though. I would have loved a new item, but not sure yet if I'm up to another gamble with a replacement.

This bowl is a true work of art. It has the new style handles with a separation so that you can rest your spoon in between them. I was a little taken back because it’s completely round. There’s no flat surface on the bottom, but it works and it’s great for mixing things. It truly is a cherished heirloom.

This is a well made copper bowl with so many uses, it would be a beautiful fruit bowl, or just hanging from a pot rack or used for whipping egg whites. Such a classic look! I would consider this a medium size bowl

I received my bowl a few days ago. It was packaged very well. The box got damaged but the bowl inside didn’t. It is perfect, unblemished. It’s too pretty to use!

Looks really beautiful and handle really sturdy. They hammering effect really subtle. It does not stand though on flat surface as it has no flat section at bottom. Rolls about but does stay upright but on an angle. Obvious I guess when u look at it online , but sometimes don’t realise that sort of thing when buying online!! But beautiful bowl regardless.

Made in Texas! I am so blessed to have this little artesian, handmade piece of copper heaven to whip my egg whites! Hmm, not light weight, it has a quality that comes with the heavy copper not from you know where everything comes from, mass production.

I love the look and the weight of this bowl. My new favorite for beating eggs.

This is a lovely, practical, heirloom-quality mixing bowl. I know the importance of using copper when beating egg whites or making meringues, but I seldom need it for that. I just wanted a great mixing bowl, deep enough to keep batters from slinging all over the kitchen and lighter than my glass and stoneware bowls. It will take some time to let go of their history, but I will eventually be able to replace a cabinet full of mixing bowls with this beauty. I MAY eventually get the two other sizes, but really, I doubt I'll need them.
