Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

LOVE Wonder Valley products. The scents for the shampoo and conditioner are divine. I would use it for the scent alone. I also use their body wash and bar soap because they both smell and feel amazing.I have curly dry hair and the conditioner is great for hydration while not weighing it down. I shampoo my hair once a week and it doesn’t make my curls frizzy. The pumping mechanism on the bottles is a nice ergonomic touch.I look forward to my self care routines whenever I use any products from this brand. Big fan of the skin care products, especially the face serum and body oil. Use them daily. A lot of intention and quality goes into what they put out. Worth IT.

I love Wonder Valley. It could be the marketing, but it’s also a good product. The fragrance is really nice and earthy and fills your shower with a woody scent like Sunset Cliffs in the spring. I have very long hair, and it does a good job cleaning and conditioning, I’d say mid level. It’s not drug store quality, but it’s also not Oribe quality.

Was looking for a non-toxic haircare product for my fine hair and this is 100% it! A lot of natural shampoos and conditioners leave my hair feeling sticky and greasy the next day, but this doesn't! My hair is sooooo soft from this I've been getting a lot of compliments on my hair as of late and as a desert lover, I love the smell, the scent takes me where my soul belongs. I am so excited to get their Hinoki body wash too.

I love this shampoo and conditioner. The scent is lovely, not over flowery, or too masculine, but really relaxing. And as someone with wavy, frizzy, not great hair, this is better than any of the specialty curly hair shampoos. It gently removes product buildup and the conditioner is just right without weighing thin hair down.

I am a pretty big Wonder Valley fan in general. Most everything I've tried from them smells amazing and works well, and the things that don't are usually due to my allergies and not necessarily a reflection of product quality. This Shampoo and Conditioner are one of the only varieties I have found to not weigh down my hair or cause buildup. I have dry scalp with very thick wavy hair and a lot of times "moisturizing products" will create buildup to the point of dandruff. I noticed I don't have as much flaking when I use this and my hair looks shiny. It seems to be a very balanced duo. I personally love the smell and wish it lasted longer, but I could see where some might think it's too earthy or citrusy. I will say the smell fades pretty quickly after my hair is dry. All in all, I'll keep buying this even though it is pretty expensive. After trying a hundred different shampoos and conditioners, I think it's worth it.
