This cleanser will change how you wash your face. The silky, honey texture feels so lovely and gooey, once you add water, the oil cleanser turns milky & sudsy and washes off clean, taking all of the grime with it! After washing my face, I feel clean but also hydrated—not dry or stripped of my natural skin balance.

Full disclosure I personally hate artificial citrus smelling products. This has strong citrus notes to it, and I honestly can’t stand the smell of it, but I absolutely love the way it works with my fine hair. I have an oily scalp and fine hair with dry ends. Whenever I use this on my scalp, I feel like I usually have really lightweight volume for at least the rest of the day. I will say that the cleaning power of this is pretty intense and I found it was better for me to just use it on my scalp and then let it clean the rest of my hair as it’s rinsing out because if I let it sit too long on the ends, it would start to dry them out a little bit. Otherwise, this seems gentle and I think it does a good job of cleaning the hair without having to even do a double cleanse. I also really like the type of bottle this is. It’s made of a metal rather than plastic and any time I can cut down single use plastics is a win. The one thing I’m a little on the fence about is the price which is higher than I’m comfortable paying for the amount of product that you get. If you do value vegan products that are thoughtfully made though, (it’s also made in the USA!) I think this is a great option.

It smells delicious! Like a fancy beach resort! I love how the bottle is aluminum so it is completely recyclable. I have curly hair and it left it nice and clean, no heaviness added and it doesn't feel pasty either.

I must say that this Sandalwood Yuzu Shampoo is soooooo good. First of all, it smells amazing. Also, you get a real nice lather and a cleansing experience from this shampoo that removes dirt and build-up from your scalp and hair, but it doesn't dry out you hair in the process.

I really like this shampoo. It has a nice earthy smell, but it is not overpowering or too strong. I have asthma and am pretty sensitive to scents, so it's always a plus when it is more natural and not too strong. This did not bother me at all. The shampoo does a great job of cleaning. A lot of sulfate free shampoos with so many natural ingredients do not cleanse as well, but this one worked up really well in a nice lather and then also left my hair feeling squeaky clean. LOVED it. Also- the bottle is not plastic! It's a light weight metal (maybe aluminum? not sure), which I don't think I've seen before in a shampoo.

This shampoo is excellent and provides a great lather and soap. It has a nice bottle and one pump would cover my entire hair and lather it well. It works well and makes my hair smell fresh all day.

I can't say enough good things about this shampoo. The scent is a lovely blend of citrusy yuzu and a the earth, woodsy scent of sandalwood. It's a very natural scent, not perfumey or artificial like you'll find in most commercial shampoos.It's the ingredients list that's the star. As they say on their Web site, there are no parabens, phthalates, petrolates, formaldehyde, silicones, sulfates, artificial dye or fragrance. You'll find a lot of these ingredients in commercial shampoos which give you the feeling of thicker lather or longer shelf life, but which ultimately are terrible for your hair. With this product you can see lots of natural ingredients on its label, including Wonder Valley olive oil.It took me a while to figure out that Wonder Valley is a real place in California, right outside of Fresno and Joshua Tree. I love that this product is made there, although I wish the people who maintain this product page and their Web site would talk more about it.The shampoo really feels refreshing, gentle and not at all harsh, and detoxifying. It's truly an exceptional shampoo that's worth treating your hair too, and it's made in the USA.

It is important to remember this oil cleanser works best when applied to a dry face. I use just one squirt and rub it into my face. After scrubbing this for just one minutes I can feel the cleanser going to work. This cleanser does not foam up because it is oil based. This is my daily morning routine and it does wonder to my skin. With the cold weather my skin is very dry but after this product my face stays hydrated all day. This cleanser is 6.8 oz and is a little pricey. However, there are premium ingredients in this product such as olive oil, avocado oil, and grapeseed. I simply apply water to my face after and this product comes off very easily. This cleanser is described as having rosemary scent but after using this product numerous times, I did not smell any rosemary which is a good thing in my opinion.

Such a luxurious feeling cleanser! Very gentle and hydrating to the skin. It doesn't bother my eyes as some other oil cleanser who somehow are really hard to remove from the eye area but this one is easy to rinse. And it smells so decadent, like honey. Definitely worth it.

This oil cleanser is AMAZING! It works so well and makes my skin feel amazing after each use. It looks like honey straight out of the bottle, but turns milky white when mixed with water. I love how it deeply cleans my pores and makes my skin look refreshed, hydrated, and squeaky clean. The price is a bit steep but it works well and a little goes a long way and works really well! I also like the glass bottle!

Top notch. This is one of the ONLY shampoos I’ve tried recently that doesn’t leave greasy build up behind. I was so sick of wasting time washing and drying my hair only to realize toward the end of drying that I had waxy areas of residue left behind. I’ll be loyal to this one from now on! Branding/packaging is a lovely bonus!

I rarely take the time to leave comments, but I’m leaving one for this shampoo because it’s just terrific. I’ve used it for about two years now and can’t imagine switching to anything else. Also, a little goes a LONG way. I have medium-length hair that I wash twice a week. A bottle of this shampoo lasts me around 4 months.

This cleanser melts all my makeup from my face and leaves it soft and dewy feeling afterwards. Never harsh, or drying.

I’m a luxury skincare enthusiast. I have about 4-5 cleansers in rotation at any point in time. This is the only oil cleaner and I love it! It smells divine and cleans all the makeup off my face. I use it as a second cleanser after my Bioderma. Wonder Valley is a clean brand and, in my experience, they are not only effective but are elegant to use. Love!

Hydrating and so lush; I feel like my hair feels refreshed, clean, and bouncy! I knew I'd love the scent, but wow, it really is so aromatic, especially considering all the clean ingredients—feels like my hair is healthier! I also really appreciate the aluminum packaging so that I can recycle or reuse.

just what i was looking for, great lather. my hair usually feels oily at the roots and dry at the ends, and I usually shampoo daily. I was really happy after a few washes, hair felt really soft and clean but not dried out. I also noticed a bit more volume than normal.

This is THE BEST shampoo. I’m very picky with a really sensitive scalp. It lathers beautifully, smells like a spa, and makes my super fine hair bouncy and shiny. My hair even holds a curl better after I use this.

I use this to remove my mae up or sunscreen. I wash my face first with my foam cleanser and then use this after. It has oily consistency and then turns to like white creamy with a little bit of water. I rub it and leave it to my face for a while. It really removes impurities. It leaves my skin smooth and silky even after that deep clensing. I lovw it. It is quite expensive but I think it is worth it
