The Sana Vida PureFlow Copper Water Filtration System by Sertodo combines a handcrafted solid copper vessel with advanced two-stage gravity filtration. Designed for households concerned about PFAS (forever chemicals), microplastics, fluoride, heavy metals, and other drinking water contaminants, PureFlow brings purposeful filtration and enduring beauty to your countertop.
No electricity, plumbing, or complicated installation required. Just the simplicity of gravity-fed filtration in a copper system made to serve for generations.
Advanced Two-Stage Gravity Water Filtration
Each PureFlow filter combines two complementary filtration technologies:
Electrokinetic Nanofiber Membrane
A positively charged, pleated nanofiber membrane attracts and captures negatively charged contaminants, including PFAS, microplastics, and certain microorganisms. Its pleated construction increases the available filtration surface area.
High-Performance Carbon Block Core
A dense compound carbon block provides an additional filtration stage, designed to reduce chlorine, chloramine, fluoride, lead, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other common contaminants associated with municipal water and agricultural runoff.
According to Sertodo's published filtration performance data, PureFlow filters provide:
- More than 99% reduction: PFAS, including PFOA and PFOS, microplastics, chlorine, chloramine, lead, and certain pharmaceuticals.
- More than 98% reduction: Heavy metals, VOCs, glyphosate, pesticides, and herbicides.
- More than 95% reduction: Fluoride, including common forms added to municipal drinking water.
Reported reduction rates are based on Sertodo's published testing information. Actual performance depends on water conditions, filter usage, and maintenance.

Heirloom Copper Craftsmanship
The sculptural hourglass tower is constructed from heavy-gauge solid copper, with a TIG-welded body, hand-spun shaping, and a hand-hammered finish. A durable stainless steel spigot provides convenient dispensing.
Handcrafted by skilled artisans in Michoacán, Mexico, the copper tower reflects Sertodo's longstanding metalworking tradition. The replaceable PureFlow filtration elements are made in the USA for Sertodo.
Its warm copper finish develops a natural patina over time, making this functional filtration system a distinctive addition to the kitchen.
Filtration Without Electricity or Plumbing
The Sana Vida PureFlow system operates entirely through gravity. Water passes through the upper filtration chamber and collects in the lower 2-gallon dispensing reservoir, ready to serve through the stainless steel spigot.
Suitable for everyday countertop use, cabins, and off-grid environments, it offers an alternative to electrically powered filtration equipment.
Important: PureFlow filters cannot be scrubbed to restore flow. Water containing substantial sediment may require prefiltration or a different filter design. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and local drinking water safety advisories.

What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.
As a result, items may:
- Ship on different days
- Arrive in separate packages
- Have different tracking numbers
- Use different shipping carriers or services
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the rest of your order is missing.
How are shipping rates calculated?

Carrier delays & missing packages
After a package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, transit may be affected by weather, holidays, peak-volume periods, transportation disruptions, or other carrier conditions outside our control.
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check:
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Porches, side doors, garages, and other delivery areas
- Parcel lockers or building mailrooms
Carrier scans can occasionally appear shortly before final delivery. If the package still cannot be located, we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Shipping address accuracy

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags, seals, accessories, and protective packaging intact
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase available
Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after inspection.
Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.
