What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.
As a result, items may:
- Ship on different days
- Arrive in separate packages

After a package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, transit may be affected by weather, holidays, peak-volume periods, transportation disruptions, or other carrier conditions outside our control.

An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

I'm not sure what I expected but this cream has surprised me. Its consistency is thinner than I expected it to be but it feels richer...like a thicker moisturizer feels. It has a light floral scent that's not too irritating or cloying but some people might not like it. I think this is too rich for everyday use or all-over-the-face use, but since I have combination skin...I can use it on my dry patch areas and it's great. The only thing I don't like is you get 2 ounces for 46.00 USD, that's pretty high for a moisturizer in my opinion. However, it is very good so you might wanna give it a try. Overall, I think it's great but too pricey for my budget.

Both my husband and I love the scent. It goes on face smoothly and absorbs relatively quickly, considering the amount of oil it has. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling tacky or sticky. No irritation. I also love the design, simple but sleek.

I’ve used it several days and have not had any breakouts which is why I wanted to try it. Not sure if it’s worth the price. Perhaps if you’ve exhausted other products at a lower price point.

I love the packaging and the metal tube, makes it feel a little retro and very premium. It comes with a classic foil seal you have to poke through with the cap. The cream itself is medium-bodied, and absorbs easily into the skin. The light scent is awesome, but difficult to describe… maybe a slight combination of vanilla and clove. It's a very neutral scent, and would work for any gender. The cream leaves a nice matte finish at the end. The only downside is that when I applied the cream to my face under my eyes, the vapors were a little irritating to my eyes. It died down after 15 minutes or so, but I don't experience this with my usual face lotion (Kiehl's) so it's something specific to this cream. I think I'm going to keep this for my forehead and keep it away from the under-eye region -- docking one star due to this issue.

Some days I need a little more.EXPIRATION DATE: NONE!I always check for expiration dates before using, ESPECIALLY with health & beauty products. The expiration date tells me whether a product has been sitting somewhere on a shelf or an idea of when manufactured for distribution. This product does NOT have an expiration date, likely because it is not required.THOROUGHLY SEALED: ✅It is important to me how manufacturers seal & ship their products. This item was THOROUGHLY SEALED, as you can see from the pictures. To me, this means the manufacturer cares about its products.✔️It is a bit pricey, which is a huge factor when I choose products, but for a professional brand product that gives exceptional results, I realize I will have to pay a higher price.

But a facial lotion? It’s too strong. The vanilla turns into this nauseating play dough scent that I don’t want to even wear it anymore.If this company releases an unscented version, I’ll totally return as a customer. The product is legit. The scent in the other hand, is just not for me.

I have tried a few different moisturizers in the past and never been really impressed. I’m 52 and I don’t have any fine lines anyways so I’m lucky I guess. But I decided to try a new preventative skincare routine and I am extremely pleased with this moisturizer. A little goes a long ways. It soaks in well and my skin feels moist and protected.
