I purchased this product for my husband because of the ingredients. 4 natural, organic ingredients!! He has thinning hair and the clay pomade gives his hair fullness without making it greasy looking. Holds the style with a matte finish! 5 stars!!

Legit hold; nongreasy. Beeswax, DE, and Lavender (great for the scalp) - that's it. Impressed by the hold from barely any application. I was concerned that the product was a bit difficult to get a good amount out, but then realized it wasn't necessary. A little wipe of the finger was enough. Will see how it compares to other products when my hair grows out, right before haircut time

this stuff is great.I personally don’t use soap when I take a shower on my hair. I let it do it’s thing.The issue with the that is a lot of hair products NEED to be washed out with soap.While this may still “need to be” washed out with soap.I haven’t yet and my hair is looking GUUUUDD.For a “natural” guy like me this is the only pomade I can use. I will continue to buy for as long as I can! Highly recommended1 tip this bottle is smaller then most pomades but still worth it.What does it smell like? Smells like lavender but light. No strong smells from it.It looks like mud but it’s hard or “tuff”Goes on waxxy dries mate

Since getting the OG it's the only clay I've kept in the bathroom cabinet. I'm not the kinda guy who uses pomade every day, but when I want a bit more structure this is what I go for. Easy to use, looks great, smells wonderful.Really appreciate that I can recognize the flipping ingredients on the label too - there's like only four of them.

I used it for the first time and it went well. I did it for my mullet. The smell isn’t close to bad. Super simple to use, Grab an amount you need for your hair and go to styling it. No skin irritation. Still have the hair be able to shape up even during work hours

I have been using this product for over a year now and it simply couldn’t be any better. My dad recommended it to me because of how easy it was to use and how it was free of any harmful ingredients, so I started using it, and you can simply use this clay for any hair style possible. You can use it for a side part, middle part, or anything you can imagine. I have flat 1A hair that is very difficult to style because it is so straight, but using the clay almost makes my hair go from 1A flat to almost in the 2’s due to the volume and waviness it gives within seconds.The clay emulsifies fairly easy in your hands and it is easy to put on, I think it works best when you lightly put it onto the hair rather than roughly scrubbing it onto the hair, but after touching your hair and getting it to the desired style, you are set for the day. The smell isn’t too strong but it smells very good. I also like putting it onto slightly damp hair, not wet, and not dry, just in the middle but closer to dry than soaking wet.The hold strength is very good for me, but that can definitely vary depending on your hair type.Despite looking pretty expensive, it is definitely worth it, I say this because it comes in a good sized bottle, and you also don’t need to use a lot at all, but that depends on your hair length. One tin usually lasts me around 3-4 months, which I am more than happy with.One of the biggest negatives on other reviews I have looked at is how the waxy feeling stays on your hand for the day, and that can’t be further from the truth, once you use the clay, you need to wash your hands, as you should need to, but after that one wash, the scent and feel fully goes away. So for me, that is not a problem.I would recommend this for people with straight hair who have a hard time styling with other clays, because of my amount it thickness and hold it gives in your hair. The best hair product I have ever used, I will never need another clay again.

The clay provides great all day hold and has a subtle fragrance. I chose this due to the simple minimal non-toxic ingredients.A little of this clay goes a long way.

Do like the reshapeable hold. Can fall apart, but can be reshaped and put back into place. It is very sticky texture wise. Does take a couple shampoo rinses to rinse fully out. Appreciate the nice matte finish.

My husband says this is the best hair clay he’s ever used!! It holds super well and washes out super easily. He doesn’t even need to use hairspray with this stuff. The fact that it’s low tox makes it a win-win for the both of us!

Is it supposed to be hard to scoop with fingers?? Also very hard to remove from hands with soap.Edit: after try for a few days I try add a little water to make it easier to scoop out it does hold my hair in place and I use a salt texture spray and it seem to go well with it.

I have bought the same product in the past for almost the same cost..but now the size of the jar has reduced significantly.Not sure if 16oz of product is worth the money… shrinkflation.

What I love most about this product is that it has no harmful chemicals, or toxins that over 99% of hair pomades and clays have in them. Your hair and scalp will thank you becuase your hair won’t be falling out. Secondly, it has great texture and hold without weighing your hair down or making your hair look like it is plastered to your head. Great hold and style without looking like you overstyled or have too much product in your hair. A natural look.
