I’ve been taking these my whole breastfeeding journey. At 1st my supply was awful and I needed to take about 6 a day and they helped my supply ALOT! Now I only take a few a day on days I’m feeling a little less full. Regardless, they work great and I would recommend them to any Mother struggling to keep their milk supply up!

I started using this product back in 2021 while breastfeeding my first born. With less than a week of constantly taking this product everyday, I noticed an increase in my milk supply. It increased my supply 2-3oz each pump than I would normally pump. It does not contain fenugreek which is a plus. It’s May 2024 and I’m now taking it with my second born and I am having the same effective results. Highly recommend this product to all breastfeeding mommies!

On bottle number 2 currently. My milk supply has doubled. I don't remember to take it multiple times a day though, which is my fault.

I was struggling with my supply for first 2-3 weeks. I heard about moringa and decided to give it a shot. It says to take 4-6 per day but I was cautious and decided to start with just one. This has increased my milk supply so that I don’t have to rely on formula for my baby. I’ve been taking 2-3 pills a day since 2 mo postpartum.

After a brief sickness, i noted a marked decline in my milk production, at just shy of 3 months postpartum. I am so thankful that a friend told me about this product. I noticed a difference after about 4 hours of taking my first capsule. I now take one capsule, twice daily and that has been enough to keep me very productive! I'm hoping that one bottle will be enough to keep things running smoothly. I did not notice any ill effects.

Came recommended by my holistic doctor to boost my milk production without fenugreek (thyroid issues) and after a good two weeks of pumping 1.5-2.5oz, I pump max 3-4oz, 5 on a good day. Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me personally. I was really hoping it would help increase my milk supply, but after weighing the cost of the supplements compared to formula, it just wasn’t the right fit for my situation. That being said, my lactation consultant spoke very highly of this product, so I know it has been successful for others. The company was wonderful to work with—they went above and beyond to try troubleshooting with me. Their customer service is excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I’m only on day two of using this product and I pumped at least 4oz more than usual today. No side effects that I’ve noticed. Very happy I chose to order this product. I plan to continue using for the foreseeable future.

Breastfeeding moms, GO BUY THESE RIGHT NOW! They really do work to increase your supply, and they did not affect my baby at all. Some supplements contain ingredients that increase your supply but can cause gas in your baby-- these ones do not! It take a few days of regularly taking them to notice a change in your supply and you do need to stay consistent. But I definitely notice a difference when taking these. They were recommended to me by my professional Lactation Consultant so I trust the brand.

I was given this as a gift when my first baby was born. I didn’t realize how much it was helping until I ran out and my milk supply dropped. The first day of taking it again my supply was back up.

I was using Upspring Milkflow with moringa, fennel, & blessed thistle, but they're completely out of stock until who knows when. I have a low supply to begin with, so I was desperate to find another supplement without fenugreek that would help. This has helped! I think I like the Upspring better, but I'm so grateful to have found another moringa supplement that works. No aftertaste, easy to swallow, no gas for mom or baby.

It’s pricey, I won’t deny that. But it works. I initially took it on someone’s recommendation to help with my postpartum hair loss because it had helped them. I’m not sure if it helped with the hair loss or my hormones just stabilized, but it increased my milk supply exponentially. It does what it says it does. There is a marked difference when I take it and when I don’t.

Definitely helps with overall immunity but also with lactation for mommas. Can barely taste it.

This is the first supplement I have used that has not had any negative effect on my baby and has increased my supply substantially. I wish I had found this with my first child, j definitely would have been able to breastfeed much longer. This is a game changer. I take it 1-2 a day now, started by taking it about 4 for a couple weeks and saw my supply increase by 3-6 ounces a day. This was a huge help when I transitioned to exclusively pumping due to reflux issues with my baby around 4 months post partum. I now store away up to 10 extra ounces a day and I still exclusively pump. The pills have no taste, easy to swallow. I am on my second bottle and will continue to use until I am ready to end by breastfeeding journey. Great quality and work great!

Perfect for nursing mothers who need help with supply. I found the other brands weakened my supply while these at least maintained my supply!

My only issue is the serving suggestion and amount you get for the cost. It advertises 60 capsules but does not show the bottle says serving suggestion is 4-6 pills a day. If you follow that serving suggestion then the bottle only lasts 10-15 days. Just be aware.I probably only used 2-4 times a day when using it and felt like it helped but it's so hard to know with milk supply. Whenever I feel like it's dipping again I take again. Now that my period has returned and it dips the week before my plan is take it during those times.

I don't think there is any one magical supply cure, but I have been pleased with this product and continue to use at 4months pp now. I started this supplement at about 3 wpp to help get my supply up. I was taking the max dose for a while. In combination with pumping, changing flanges and working on hydration,. I saw a significant uptake in my supply! I did try to cut back on the dose after a while and felt like it led to a slight decrease. For me, I am convinced this product helped. It has been easy on my stomach, no bad aftertaste or side effects. Will happily continue to use through my breastfeeding journey.
