To preface this, I just had my first baby four months ago! I have PCOS and unbeknownst to me, caused milk supply issues. Luckily, I got in touch with an IBCLC that has helped moms like me for 35 years. This goats rue tincture is something she recommended to take. She explained that this herb actually grows milk ducts! I started taking it six times a day and after about a week, I noticed my single spray was multiplied. My best advice for the taste – put water in your mouth and then squeeze the drops into your mouth to help with the taste. Four months later, I am still taking it twice a day, along with single herb moringa. Coupled with the appropriate feeding/pumping routine this stuff really helped me! I have also shared with friends who have found similar success. Now I make enough milk to feed my baby, and I am also helping a friend by providing extra milk to her newborn! Breast-feeding is the most humbling journey, I am so proud to have come so far and couldn’t have done it without this supplement. If you are struggling, I am sending strength and love! Tastes awful, but I don’t care-it works wonders!!! I can handle a quick little shot of bad taste for hours of milk increase! This is my fourth baby-I’ve breastfed them all, always with issues due to low capacity. This stuff makes my breasts actually feel filled with milk, and drip/squirt when baby pops off. He gets more milk, and gets it without having to struggle for it. I still have to do some supplementing with formula, but this fourth journey with breastfeeding is my least stressful!! The Lactation Consultant suggested it, after asking me about my history with breastfeeding and said it sounds like I have a slight hormone balance/blood sugar issue...apparently Goats Rue helps with that! It sure makes a difference for me!! So grateful to have found this little miracle in a bottle! Have never received a damaged product, always arrives on time.

Worst tasting thing ever! However I didn't buy it for the taste. I uss this 3x a day instead of the 4-6x a day it reccomends because that is all I need. It has helped boost my supply in a short few days went from pumping 25oz on average to 36 oz on average. After my child's feeds.

Bought for my girlfriend. She says the flavor is awful, but it seems to be working. The only issue would be. At any point in the product description did it say that it's 45%-55% grain alcohol. That's vodka, fellow shoppers. Not a big deal for her right now. But we felt like other people should know before buying.

This product has helped me sooo much! I use it with the Motherlove more milk special blend. I've had supply issues with my third child, my first two I had an over-supply. I did have complications after birth and had to have two emergency surgeries and my baby was in the NICU for 3 weeks which is what caused my low Supply this time. I've tried everything fenugreek, blessed thistle, brewer's yeast, oatmeal, drinking water, pumpin Pals, Ameda nipple stimulators, laVie massager, every product and supplements imaginable. Motherlove is the supplements that have worked the best for me. I just wish they were more affordable. I've tried another brand with almost the same exact ingredients which worked all right& it's half the price but I still feel like the mother love works better. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I have to take double the amount for it to be effective for me. I go through about a bottle a week of each ( I have to use the go goat's Rue and the mother-love Special Blend to get results) and that adds up really quick. I saw an increase of about 1.5oz. To 2oz extra per each pumping session. It adds up to be quite a lot in a day. Its so worth it but being a single mommy of 3 boys its so hard to afford $50-$60 a week ($200 to $240 a month) extra. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It's definitely worth it when I can afford it but unfortunately when I dont take it I go right back down in production. I have to take it daily to keep up the increase I initially got. I love their products & the process of production. Overall I recommend Motherlove products to all my BF mommies and lactation consultants.

A lactation consultant recommended this product for me due to having PCOS and low milk supply. I started taking this 4-5 times a day 20 days ago and I have seen an increase in my milk supply. When I started, I was making about 12oz a day. I slowly progressed and am now making just under 20oz a day.I can’t say for sure that this product specifically is what increased my supply, as I’ve also been pumping every two hours during the day (every 3 at night), drinking coconut water, hydrating like crazy, eating healthy, including oatmeal in my diet, and focusing on lowering my stress. However, I’m going to continue to take the supplement and will probably buy more when I run out because I’m so close to covering my baby’s entire daily intake.

Told yo get by my lactation consultant… I think it worked a little would try again or recommend to a friend if having milk troubles

This is the only supplement recommended to me by a breastfeeding medicine doctor for low supply. It has Goat's Rue in a high enough amount to make a difference (versus some of the other blends out there that just have a little Goat's Rue in them). So don't waste your money on other supplements, go straight for this brand and only this supplement!

I have IGT and goats rue has been crucial for my milk supply! This is the only brand of supplements I will buy for increasing milk production. This, in combination with the More Milk Moringa has doubled my low supply!

I am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist who gave birth to my 5th child 2 weeks ago. I had a class five postpartum hemorrhage! With my 4 other children I had massive over supply I’m talking 30-40 ounces a day extra. I never had the “omg my milk is in” fullness effect with this child. She’s gaining AMAZING but I wanted to be able to make a staff (I have learned the hard way you never know what could happen and what could separate you when you have multiple children, long story short my 2nd child ended up in ICU when my 3rd was 2 weeks and I was SO happy I had an awesome stash because they wouldn’t let baby even come see us due to Covid) I was only able to get 1.5-2 extra ounces a day started taking this 4 days ago and I am making 8-10 extra! It is well worth the money.

These pills have helped with my milk supply. My lactation consultant recommended them when my milk supply dropped. I order them every month and take it 2-3x a day. I noticed a difference when I ran out so I think they work.

This worked for me after taking 1 pill! I was pumping 5oz from both sides & my supply dropped to barely 2 oz after having to work extra hours & missing 1 pump every day for 2 weeks but now I am pumping almost 9 oz each side for 18 oz per pump! This stuff is incredible with my specific foods and drinks I supplement in with it for milk supply. Not all supplements are a one for all but it worked for me! I haven’t tried Legendary Milk brand supplements so I can’t compare these to anything else.

My lactation consultant recommended this product, I’m going to start by saying that it doesn’t taste the greatest lol I only drink it with water so far, yes you gotta drink plenty of water if you are breastfeeding 🤱 I got bad gas one day but that was pretty much it! I haven’t noticed a big difference as maybe I’m not pumping enough to keep a big production but I always produce enough to keep my 7 week old full.

You need to have a chaser ready or mix this with something that will drown out the taste. It’s potent.

We had to see lactation doctor and was told to buy this and and another supplement. Unfortunately, it hurt both our tummies so we discontinued. I did see a little increase in milk so I’d definitely give it a try! Just a sensitive gal over here!

I finally switched to the capsules from Motherlove and they work just as well for me as the tincture without the terrible taste. I would say both are fairly effective but do take a few weeks to see results (at least for me).

Out of all the supplements i have tried I truly feel these help my supply the most, and the fastest! I feel more full within an hour or two after taking them!

I make a mixed hydration drink every morning and night and add this to it. I have definitely noticed a difference. This is my second bottle, and I debating getting another or trying without to see if there is a loss again. But I cannot say enough about it.

Trying relactate after 6 months. Definitely can tell a difference just over 4 days. I'm taking highest recommended value. I do notice my body odor has changed. Kinda smell like syrup mixed with BO coming from my underarm. Deodorant not mask it so just beware you might get stinky. Worth it though to feed baby

Personally I have such a small breast that I thought I will not be able to breastfeed my baby. My lactant consultant recommended this brand specifically and it's been working great! I went half size up! My baby is happy 😄

They work really well but half the time when they come the capsules are sticky like one of them broke open. I still use them because they work so well! I've been able to exclusively breastfeed!

I had more milk with other supplements, although it might be totally hormon caused increase or decrease, so i can't really tell with confidence
