    How to use

    Standard Cup:

    Use 1–3 tsp of tea per 8 oz of hot water (just below boiling).

    Steep 10–20 minutes in a covered cup to retain all nutrients and aroma.

    Adjust strength as desired.

    Overnight Infusion (for stronger results):

    Add ¼ cup of tea to a quart mason jar.

    Pour hot water over herbs and let steep overnight in the fridge.

    Strain in the morning and enjoy chilled or warm.
