What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.

An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

Very nice lip gloss. The brush is soft and large, making application easy. The gloss itself has no base color, but is rather sheer and sparkly. Very pretty! It is also not sticky for a lip gloss!

When the Minori Lip gloss arrived, I was immediately impressed with the beautiful artistic packaging. The box and the wand handle felt like suede and are a pretty clay color. I always appreciate pretty packaging when I pull out to apply during a night out. The ingredients are printed clearly on the box and the product is vegan and cruelty free.The Juneberry shade is a gorgeous deep mauve the applies fairly sheer on the lips. In fact, I was surprised based on the visible color in the tube that it was so much lighter once applied. The applicator pulls out smoothly with just the right amount of product on it and the tip is soft glides across the lips well.I definitely understand why it’s advertised as hydrating as it felt like I had put lotion on my lips vs a lip gloss. They felt smooth and silky and I was wanting to constantly rub them together.The overall color is very natural and perfect for daily wear. It does transfer easily, however, so will need reapplied after eating/drinking, etc. It also may be a bit light for a dramatic makeup look.Overall, I am impressed with the look, feel and color and am happy to have this as an addition to my ever growing lip gloss collection. I can see it getting frequent use.

This lip gloss is Leaping Bunny Certified, cruelty-free, vegan, sustainable, clean beauty, and Certified Plastic Negative. It's makeup with skincare ingredients like Shea Butter, Jojoba, and Vtamin E. I got this in the color Juneberry, which is a warm berry-mauve shade. The color in the tube is so pretty, I really hope it looks the same (at least close to it) on my lips. It is meant to go on as a weightless wash of color that is supposed to be slightly darker than my actual lip shade.Product UseThe doe-foot applicator only picks up so much product. It didn't look like there was enough on it, so I dipped it in again but it still didnʻt pick up the right amount. I used it anyway and had to dip it in again in order to get enough to cover my lips. It goes on smoothly in a lightweight layer that can be built up and really is a little darker than my actual lip shade. It's that natural "no makeup makeup look" that's perfect for everyday wear. The glossy and shimmery finish reflects light making lips look fuller. Although it's very moisturizing, the only thing I don't like is that it's too slippery. This means it won't stay on as long & will transfer easily, especially if you eat or drink something. Even though the lip gloss doesn't last for a long time, it keeps your lips hydrated for hours. Unfortunately, there's no amount of lip primer and setting spray that will keep this lip gloss in place. I had to take a star off for that.Conclusion & RecommendationThis lip gloss has skincare ingredients to keep your lips soft and hydrated for hours even after the color wears off. It's cruelty-free, vegan, sustainable, clean beauty that will give you the perfect "no makeup makeup look." I recommend this to anyone looking for a new lip gloss that is clean and hydrating with skincare ingredients in a universal color that looks good on everyone, regardless of undertone.

This lip gloss lasted longer than I anticipated and it feels great - very moisturizing and went on smoothly with good coverage. Juneberry is a pretty color - thought it might be too dark, but it’s a great shade. I will be ordering another for my vehicle!
