415nm Blue Light Therapy in a Five-Minute Format

Illuminate Blue V1 is Lumara's blue light therapy panel for home or professional use, built around 1,800 high-output micro-LEDs delivering a precise 415nm wavelength. The high-density panel is designed to provide broad, even coverage in a compact format that fits easily into a skincare or clinic routine.

Each session is designed around a five-minute treatment format, helping keep appointments and at-home routines efficient. The panel is thin, flexible, and hand-assembled for consistent construction and performance.

High-Density Blue Light Coverage

Lumara's Illuminate platform uses closely distributed LEDs to create uniform light across the treatment area. The Blue V1 is designed for a more even-looking skin tone and uses narrow-band 415nm blue light without ultraviolet output.

Ready for Home or Clinic Use

What is processing time?

Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:

  • The item and the reported issue
  • The product packaging and seals
  • The outer shipping package and shipping label

Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

Who pays return shipping?

Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?

Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products

Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.

Cancellations and exchanges

Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
