What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.
As a result, items may:
- Ship on different days
- Arrive in separate packages

Carrier delays & missing packages
After a package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, transit may be affected by weather, holidays, peak-volume periods, transportation disruptions, or other carrier conditions outside our control.
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check:

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags, seals, accessories, and protective packaging intact
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase available
Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after inspection.
Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.

Purchased this because I don’t like that cream gathers and stays in creases and layers if not cleaned off, doesn’t sound sanitary to me so I found this oil. It’s quite a large container and 2 squirts go far. It is an oil so it is runny, sometimes I squirt on rash, sometimes I apply by finger. Will stain clothing. Does not have smell. So far it’s been more preventive of rashes than it has treated said minor rashes. Not confident how well it would treat a severe rash… I do like the oil more than diaper cream. Would suggest it to be a tad thicker oil and more than one option of diaper oil to choose from! Would recommend.

This works well for my little one. My favorite part is that it’s super easy to apply. I just squirt a little bit with the pump and then rub it in. I like that it’s not a thick cream that you have to smear on!

I have purchased this for 3x now and it works great!! I don’t have to really spread it bc it sprays on it. I put it on my toddler whenever she sits on her diaper for too long and a small rash would appear and later it’d be healed or if she poops so many times during the day and we keep wiping her butt, it helps it moisturize as well.

Be aware that this will leave yellow stains on white clothes, i love this brand quality, 100% the best quality, the oil really prevents rashes and helps to soothe the skin, i also used on my nipples after breastfeeding and omg really helps with the redness and swallowing.

My daughter struggles with acidic diaper rashes and nothing ever helps right away. I’m unsure what was put in this (even tho it says on the bottle) but her rashes are healed over night! I would recommend you to buy this ASAP

Originally purchased to help w diaper rash. Learned after buying that it is not for diaper rash but for regular day to day moisturizing in between diapers. Smells great and works well in preventing diaper rash. Do not use if baby already has diaper rash as it can irritate.

As a breastfeeding mom it’s hard to find face products that work well and are baby safe. I decided to try this and it’s been amazing. I live at high elevation in a very dry place and this product has kept my skin from getting all patchy this winter! Ingredients are great and I have no worries about getting it in my kiddo’s skin

This stuff is the best! Our LO has trouble pooping. When they are done they say “mommy but hurts”.. I put this stuff on and hits good as new. No more complaining and out other one during teething gets wicked diaper rash and this stuff helps tremendously. Way better than ad&d or Desitin
