What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

Nice and creamy. Pigment can start off soft light and build to be more pigmented. Blends easily. I have neutral leaning warm skin tone and I think it looks lovely.

I am pleased to have ordered this new blush by Minori; it's a perfect Orchid (what I would describe as a deep Mauve), that I consider to be a "go to" for my light complexion...anytime and anywhere. The blush is creamy and arrives in a perfectly-sized glass pot; it's light enough for daytime and easy enough to layer for night time, making it an ideal companion for tucking into one's pocket or purse while you are out-and-about. I particularly like its universal use as a lip color or highlighter around the eyes; this blush has it all!All Minori offerings are Made in USA, vegan and cruelty-free, which as an animal-lover, suits my needs just fine. The company appears to be fairly new within the cosmetic arena; nevertheless, I like what I see in this blush and look forward to learning about future new product offerings.

I'm normally not a makeup kind of girl but this little cream blush intrigued me enough to try it out and I'm glad I did.I chose the sweet pea for the gorgeous pink tone that kind of mimics the beautiful blush you get when you see your crush.First off , I love that this contains clean ingredients, is 100% vegan and cruelty free(how cool is that?!!).When I first received this I tried applying with a sponge for the tap tap method (remember I'm not a makeup kind of gal),, I realized this was a cream to powder and immediately tried applying with my finger and it really was that easy. The creamy blush has a exceptional quality look and feel and I love that this can be easily tucked into your purse or makeup bag for travel.I was pleased to find out this can applied on your lips, and as an eye shadow as well so kind of an all in one accessory.I like that the color is buildable and it have me a nice color to my cheeks without making me look clownish or over done.I really think this is a great blush for any woman that shies away from makeup because it really does let you decide how much or how little you will need for the morning or evening.

This product is very easy to work with, and gave me a natural rosey color. I definitely recommend it if you want a product that's buildable depending on how much makeup you want to wear that day. The color is very pretty on my cheeks as well as my lips and I got many compliments when I started putting this into my routine. Perfect for the summer!!

Considering how sheer this cream blush blends out with just the fingers, it’s surprisingly pigmented. It’s usually one or the other. It’s so highly pigmented that I have to spend 5 minutes toning it down so I don’t look like a clown or the product doesn’t show up at all.It is pricey but you don’t need a lot. I tap one finger lightly than start from the outer edge of my cheek bone in, usually three dots and blend. I want the stronger color on the outside of my face as contour. I also dab what’s left on my finger on the outer V of my eyelids to tie the look together regardless of my eye shadow. It’s a cream to powder formula so it sets itself. Good blush for summer if you prefer cream blushes but don’t want it to smear or sweat off. I would still use a setting spray for summer.The scarlet was the perfect shade for my warm fair to medium skin tone. Not too orange, looks visible but natural.
