What is processing time?

My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products

Cancellations and exchanges

The placebo effect is a real thing, so it's possible I feel better because of it. But it's completely worth it. Lol! I've been taking this for 2 months and I feel I have a more positive outlook and can handle stress better on most days. Will continue to purchase.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect because it's mushrooms but it's pretty good. I don't think the flavor by its self is strong so I add caco powder to make it more chocolatey.I am a coffee drinker but wanted to try and reduce and honestly I don't miss it that much when drinking this. It tastes just like a hot chocolate. I've found it mixes best with a frother otherwise it's kinda chalky.I think this is a good addition to my supplement regimen and feel pretty good after I drink it. Will continue to order it.

I love a cup of pure cacao, but sometimes I need some coffee in the morning. This is perfect, I use a little cinnamon flavored stevia that helps give it a little bit of sweetness because it is a little bit bitter. I highly recommend this if you want to build your immune system, help better cognitivity and creativity throughout the day.One cup is enough for me you might want two or more.

This is awesome! I’m an insomniac and it relaxes me so completely that I sleep the entire night through after drinking it. I actually have to avoid drinking it in the daytime because it’s so blissful. The flavor is a little earthy but the cacao makes it pleasant.
