    14-day return only for unused products. Customers are responsible for returning the unused product within 14 days of receipt. Refund for product price only will be awarded within one week of receiving the returned item(s). Contact us for instructions.

    Who pays return shipping?

    Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    The Absolute Best.

    I'm on my third bottle of this deep conditioning mask. Whenever my scalp is starting to feel dry or itchy, I'll use this after shampooing and let it sit in my hair for 5-10 min like the bottle says. It really does make a huge difference, and the effects last for a solid 3-5 days. I try to use this stuff once a week. If I forget to use it, my scalp reminds me lol. Works great all year round, but it helps me the most during the winter months. I won't use anything else. Shear Revival has become my favorite hair product brand. I also use their Northern Lights styling paste and the amity texture spray. My scalp tends to get itchy if I use other products.
