Purchase Options, Subscriptions & Pre-Orders Policy –

My American Goods®

Certain products offered by My American Goods® may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. By choosing one of these purchase options, you agree to the terms below.

🔁 Auto-Reorder

When you purchase an Auto Reorder subscription, you are enrolling in recurring deliveries of a product at the frequency you select (for example: every 30, 60, or 90 days).

Billing

• Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each renewal.

• Subscriptions continue until canceled.

• Prices, product availability, and shipping rates may change over time.

Managing Your Auto-reorder Plan

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email or customer account portal.

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Returns on Auto-reorder (subscription) Orders

Subscription deliveries are subject to our standard Refund & Returns Policy. Used or opened personal care and consumable items remain non-returnable.

⏳ Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock but is expected to ship at a later date.

Payment

• We may charge full payment at checkout, or

• Collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining balance before shipment.

Estimated ship windows are provided as guidance only and may change due to production timelines, maker schedules, or supply conditions.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled only before the item enters fulfillment processing.

Once a pre-order item has shipped or entered fulfillment, it is treated as a regular order and subject to our standard return policy.

Delays

Production delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund. We will communicate major timeline changes whenever possible.

🛍 Try Before You Buy

For eligible items, we may offer a try-before-you-buy option.

Authorization

Your payment method will be authorized (not charged) when the order ships.

Trial Period

You will have a set evaluation window (communicated at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.

Returns

If you decide not to keep the item, it must be returned:

• In original condition

• With all packaging and components

• By the return deadline provided

Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

Charges

If the item is not returned within the trial window, or is returned used/damaged, your payment method will be charged in full.

⚖️ General Terms for All Purchase Options

• Orders already in fulfillment cannot be canceled

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order ships

• Abuse of subscription or trial programs may result in account restrictions

• My American Goods® reserves the right to discontinue purchase options at any time
