Cancellation Policy

At My American Goods, we strive to process and ship orders quickly so you can receive your American-made products as soon as possible. Because of this, cancellations are time-sensitive.

Order Cancellation Window

  • You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have already been processed or sent to one of our artisan suppliers for fulfillment.

After the Cancellation Window

  • If your order has already entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.

  • In these cases, you may be eligible for a return depending on the product type (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).

  • Please note that certain categories—such as personal care, cosmetics, and made-to-order items—are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons.

Multi-Supplier Orders

Because we work with multiple independent American makers, a single order may involve several shipments. If you wish to cancel only part of your order, please specify the item(s), and we will do our best to accommodate if they haven’t been processed.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@myamericangoods.com with your order number and the word “CANCEL” in the subject line. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Exceptions

  • Made-to-order or personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • Cosmetics, skincare, and hygiene products cannot be canceled or returned once shipped, for safety reasons.

  • If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer the option to wait for restock or receive a full refund.
