The Jao Men of Distinction DOPP Kit brings together four practical grooming essentials in Jao Brand’s American-made denim travel bag — a refined kit for beard, hair, skin, lips, hands, and everyday travel.
At the center of the set is the Jao DOPP Kit Bag, crafted in the USA from 100% cotton denim and finished with an American deerskin leather cord. Sized at 11" x 7", it provides plenty of room for the included Jao essentials plus a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, or other daily grooming necessities.
Inside, Bomade: BeardScent offers Jao’s distinctive take on beard and body grooming. This multipurpose solid oil balm melts with the warmth of your fingertips to help soften coarse beard hair, tame mustache and hair flyaways, condition cuticles, and moisturize dry hands. Its essential oil blend of wood, citrus, and patchouli gives it a grounded, subtly masculine scent.
LipJao takes care of dry lips with a concentrated formula containing over 37% natural butters, including shea, avocado, mango, and pumpkin seed butters. Rich without feeling overly waxy, it helps keep lips feeling soft, smooth, and moisturized throughout the day.

What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.
As a result, items may:
- Ship on different days
- Arrive in separate packages
- Have different tracking numbers
- Use different shipping carriers or services
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the rest of your order is missing.

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check:

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

- Proof of purchase available
Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after inspection.
Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.

This hand sanitizer is really great. It works well, and leaves your hands feeling clean AND soft. Its fresh aroma and stylish bottle make it perfect for both men and women to use after a workout at the gym, before and after eating, even to use on the face as an astringent for fighting off blemishes!I bought mine at The Makeup Show NYC and am WISH I had bought out their booth! I bought the smaller bottle for myself and it has lasted me longer than I had originally thought it would. I also bought the larger bottle (with the pump) for my father because he is a teacher and is more prone to germs and whatnot. Just about every one of his coworkers nearly flipped out over the aroma when he put some on and all wanted to know where they could buy a bottle! :)

love this sanitizer. it has multiple uses. not only good for the normal hand use it works well on pimples-acne. i also use it to clean my makeup utensils/ brushes. ie tweezers scissors etcit has a great scent as welldries almost instantly and not sticky

You’ll rarely see this stuff go on sale. Why? Because they know we love it; we need it; we’re obsessed with it. The scent is fresh, unique and I never tire of it. It sanitizes without leaving your hands dry and is also useful for cleaning brushes among a million other things.

Jao Bomade is a great product. I’ve been using it for years. Wonderful beard scent. Amazing hold for longer facial hair, whether it’s a mustache or beard, without it being too gummy or tacky. When applied to any hair, it leaves a nice feel, and slight sheen. When applied to skin, this stuff is absorbed nicely. the initial scent lingers for a good while without being too strong, which is nice and takes a decent time to fade. Even my clothes have a nice scent afterwards.

Love this product - the scent is very nice. You can use it as a sanitizer, refresher spray, etc. Great to use after the gym! I keep one in my car so I can have it handy. It also dries quickly with no residue, etc.

I had bought this at a local store years ago and it was the only thing that could heal my lips when they got extremely chapped. Then the store stopped carrying it and I didn't have any for several years. Lately my lips got super chapped again and nothing was helping. So I bit the bullet and bought this Lip Jao again. It is once again healing my lips. At $16.95 it is extremely expensive, I think, but worth it to me, as nothing else helps. It has some zinc oxide in it, so it does make your lips slightly white, but again, worth it to me to get the relief. I also used to use it when it felt like I was going to get a cold sore in the corner of my mouth, and it healed that right up too. If you get lips so chapped they're flaking and painful, I recommend this Lip Jao, even though the price is high, because it works like nothing else!
