The targeted rollerball makes it easy to apply moisture exactly where skin needs it most — around fine lines, under the eyes, along laugh lines, or on dry areas.

    Follow with Jao Face Crème, a rich 99% naturally derived moisturizer formulated with plum seed oil, meadowfoam oil, rosehip oil, phytoceramides, niacinamide, hydrolyzed oat protein, tamarind seed gum, and plant-based peptide technology.

    How to use

    Begin with Jao Seed Face Oil on clean skin.

    Roll a small amount onto areas that need extra moisture, such as the under-eye area, cheeks, forehead, laugh lines, neck, or dry patches. Gently tap or massage into skin with clean fingertips.

    Follow with Jao Face Crème. Apply a small amount to the face, neck, and décolleté and massage gently until absorbed.

    For drier skin, use both products together for a richer moisture ritual.

    For lighter hydration, use Seed Face Oil or Face Crème individually depending on your skin’s needs.

    Use morning or evening. If using during the day, follow with sunscreen.

    What is processing time?

    Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

    Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

    Who pays return shipping?

    Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
    When will my refund be issued?

    Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

    Candles and fragrance products

    Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

    Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.

    Cancellations and exchanges

    Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

    The Story behind Jao Brand

    Jao Brand has the kind of origin story My American Goods® loves: a real problem, a family collaboration, and a product that became original because it had to be. Founder Gale Mayron grew up around formulation through her father, David Mayron, a research and developmental chemist. In 1994, when Gale asked him about cleaning hands on the go, he suggested gelled alcohol — and the two began developing what would become Jao Hand Refresher, launching the brand in 1997.
