There’s no after effect such as burping or belching that makes you feel uneasy, and I didn’t have any stomach upset after taking it. Did it really calm me down, I don’t know. But it didn’t hurt.At $35 MSRP, its not a bad choice.

I received the Wooden Spoon Herbs 90 count Stress Savior dietary supplement for review, as a matter of fact. I decided to try them because I deal with a lot of anxiety and stress. I just started taking them about a week ago, and I plan to finish the bottle. So far, they're good; they do help to calm me a little bit. I'm not entirely sure about the placebo effect just yet, but they genuinely make me feel a bit calmer and help my mind stay clearer, feeling less foggy.A nice bonus is that they don't taste terrible at all. They have an earthy taste, and thankfully, they don't leave that bad or terrible aftertaste that lingers, even after you've swallowed water and burped.I personally don’t think any harm can come from such small amounts and either does my Dr but one should never begin supplements without speaking to a physician first. They are working after one week.Now, there is something very important to note, but I also want to make sure it doesn't scare anyone. On the back of the bottle, there's a warning that states "Causes reproductive harm." I looked into this, and it appears to be due to a tiny bit of lead in the product. This warning is a requirement of California Prop 65, which mandates such labels for even very small amounts of certain substances. It's because lead can be found in almost everything we consume, even in very tiny, usually harmless amounts. The company clarifies, and I believe this is important, that there isn't enough lead in this product to actually cause reproductive harm or any harm to your body, but they are legally required to include that warning because of the regulation.

Ordered this product to provide adrenal and immune support. Several of these supplements have provided great immune support for me previously, so I thought I would give Wooden Spoon Herbs a try. I appreciate the inclusion of Ashwagandha and Ginseng into this supplement as both of those have been important in providing energy and focus when needed. But what sells me on this product is that each serving size is just one capsule. For those of us who take multiple supplements each day, consuming just one of these capsules is an easy way to stay consistent and get our nutritional needs. Glad I ordered.

These capsules are average sized gel caps and are easy to swallow. A dose is only one capsule, but it's suggested to take it 3-4 times a day, which is kind of a lot. So this is really more like a 30 day supply (or less if you end up doing the 4 a day thing). Otherwise, this was slightly calming, but nothing magical so far a week in.

The stress relief supplement has such good herbs and mushrooms. The ingredients are so clean and I was really excited to try these. It has only been a few days and I like them so far and have been taking them mid day when my stress levels are at their peek and feel they are working good for me. I love that they are vegan which is a must for me and it has included my favorite mushroom cordyceps which in my past history has worked really well for me. I love that this is a formula created by an herbalist and love their logo with the infinity symbol mixed in there not once but twice and quality of their products is excellent, as I am also very impressed with their herbal coffee too. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

I have been taking these with no problems or side effects for a little while now. The ingredients listed look very good and hopefully my body will continue to absorb these with no issues. I think these are a very effective method for mellowing out moods and for prepping for sleep.

So far time will tell how these will affect me. So far the ingredients look wonderful and it’s just what I had been wanting for a calming and focusing blend. The herbs are great for a start of your day and to give a bit of energy or focus. As for me I have yet to notice anything drastic but time will tell through consistent use. Overall I appreciate the glass packaging and that there’s no filler ingredient in here!

I really like this particular combination of ingredients. This product has a lot of the things I often take all in one capsule. A someone that takes a lot of vitamins and supplements in addition to a pretty clean diet, this really helps simplify things for me. I take 2-4 capsules a day and I do feel like it is helping with my overall stress levels.

This herbal stress-relieving supplement containing organic Ashwagandha is my favorite little helper recently. After a busy day, I take one pill and feel more stable and less anxious. I like its natural herbal taste the most. It feels like being gently cared for.

To begin, when it comes to packaging their products, Wooden Spoon Herbs does not cut corners, and the packaging of their Stress Savior product is no exception. The capsules are contained in an old-school-style dark-brown glass bottle, not a cheap plastic alternative, and the precious contents are protected with a tamper-proof seal. The bottle also is prepared for shipping with ample bubble wrap. Well done!In terms of the capsules, the ingredients are clearly listed, as are the recommended dosages. I cannot speak to the efficacy of this product because I have not been using it long enough to offer an honest, informed opinion; however, I can share that I have not experienced any adverse side effects and that the capsules are easy to swallow and do not taste unpleasant. The jury is still out as to how effective this product will be for me, but in the meantime, I am happy to add it to my daily supplement routine. The price is a little steep, but based upon the superior packaging and the number of capsules included (90), the price is fair and justified.

There was no smell or taste associated with these.I've been taking one per day as recommended but if you're under additional stress the directions say to take one 3-4 times a day...that will be expensive.I haven't noticed any differences, good or bad, since I've started these but it's only been 5 days.It is a small business, which I like to support. There is no mention though about where these are made or if it is from a cGMP facility.

This seems to be a high quality product and I appreciate that they come in a glass bottle since that is a sign that this company does not cut corners in the production of their product. The list of organic ingredients are several things I recognize as having the benefits that align with the stress relieving / calming purpose of these pills. It is a nice compound of natural ingredients all inside of an easy to swallow capsule.

I think this has made me so much calmer , they taste very natural and nothing weird about it. Great value and I love that its natural .Very effective . I am hoping it will improve my sleep quality .

Easy to swallow, no bad taste or digestive upset afterwards. Hard to say on the effects, need to take it a while but the placebo effect is actually there.
