Lavender is said to promote calm and help relieve anxiety, and perhaps even lessen mild pain. Mint is said to help you think clearly and reduce mental and physical stress. Oatmeal baths may help your skin retain moisture and ease inflammation, while epsom salt may relax tired muscles and reduce swelling. Ahhhh....
