    How to use

    Tallow Balm:
    - Scoop a pea- to quarter-sized amount with clean, dry fingers.
    - Warm in your palm until soft.
    - Gently pat or massage into clean skin—face, body, or any dry areas.

    Tallow Soap:

    - Lather with hands or cloth.
    - Use on face, body, or hair, then rinse well.
    - Keep dry between uses to make your bar last longer.

    Tallow Candles

    - Burn for at least 4 hours the first time to create an even melt.
    - Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
    - Burn on a safe surface and never leave unattended.

    Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

    Who pays return shipping?

    Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
    When will my refund be issued?

    Cancellations and exchanges
