- Add the bag to a shallow bath with warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes.

- Brew a tea and apply with a warm compress 

- Brew a tea and add to your peri bottle rinse

Use several times a day for the first few weeks after birth, as needed. For the bath you can also add dead sea salt, epsom salt or our herbal bath salts to help cleanse and add extra minerals that also further in the healing process.
