I consider FYGG toothpaste the best I have ever used. I have struggled with severe, painful tooth and gum sensitivity around one of my molars for a long time. After learning about the benefits of Nanohydroxyapatite and switching to FYGG, the daily sensitivity and discomfort have been dramatically reduced.A quick tip for best results: you don't actually need to rinse this toothpaste out completely. It works much better if you leave the residual paste in your mouth to let the ingredients do their work protecting your teeth and gums. I use the Mild Mint flavor, which is very mild, fresh-tasting, and leaves absolutely no harsh aftertaste. Having used FYGG consistently for over a year now, it has become an essential part of my daily routine.

I really love(d) this FYGG toothpaste and the 2 dentists who made this toothpaste who both know and understand what most dentists don't and that is fluoride is BAD for teeth, fluoride actually weakens your teeth and bones. I have never had a cavity in my entire life and I have not brushed with or used fluoride since I was little. This toothpaste contains the nano-hydroxyapatite which strengthens and remineralizes teeth. This FYGG toothpaste also has xylitol which helps to kill the bad bacteria in your mouth and promote the good bacteria. I like that this toothpaste doesn't foam because usually foaming comes from harmful ingredients. The taste is great. The ingredients are all good, none of them are harmful.I love everything about this toothpaste EXCEPT one thing and that is it does NOT whiten. Hence the 4-star review and not 5-stars.After brushing with this toothpaste for over 6 months I noticed that my teeth were looking stained and discolored. I switched over to a toothpaste with baking soda in it and my teeth instantly whitened up.Then I went on a search for a new fluoride-free toothpaste that also remineralizes and also doesn't have harmful ingredients and also whitens or doesn't allow teeth to become stained. I have found one but I will not put the name of it here in this review. I want FYGG to be successful but they got to do something to ensure teeth to not become stained or discolored over time.So the 1 downside to this FYGG toothpaste as of the date of writing this review is that it doesn't whiten and thus allows your teeth to become stained over time. I messaged the company and told them. They need to add in baking soda or some other ingredient to whiten. The other thing is my wife didn't think her breath felt fresh after using this toothpaste.

Made the switch from big box, chemical toothpaste to FYGG and love it. FYGG a great job of leaving me confident about my mouth and what I’m putting into my body. Cue commercial…

I got this after learning about it from the founders YouTube. Love that minimal ingredients which are safe to leave in, no post brush rinsing needed. Great for sensitive teeth. Feels effective and cleansing to me. Switched to this and staying with it. Looking forward to the nano particles improving cavities.

This is the first time using this toothpaste. I love the flavour of it, it’s not too strong and I love how it makes my teeth feel - clean and smooth. For those still using traditional toothpaste it may take some getting used to the fact it doesn’t lather but stick with it, it’s so much healthier than traditional toothpaste. It’s too soon to tell if it is doing anything else, but I will definitely be buying more and will be buying some for my daughter to try.

This is a very good toothpaste! It does seem to help my oral health quite a bit. While it doesn't whiten, it does help my teeth and gums feel much healthier. It's a little messy as it's a little runny. The price is way too high though. Thanks!

Bought this dentist recommended flouride free toothpaste after reading the reviews. The mild mint is very pleasant tasting. Not a strong mint flavor at all. It reduced some sensitivity I had been having in about a week. I'm pleased with it.

It’s okay. I switched to Marvis though. I already had my tonsils full after being sick, idk if this was adding more to the mix. My niece uses this though ( the kids one with the unicorn lol)

Amazing stuff, if you have sensitive teeth this will fix it pronto! I have tried multiple times to eliminate fluoride toothpaste in my life. Always came back to Sensodyne toothpaste and after a few months of use rid myself of sensitive teeth. This stuff works in one week or after a few brushings! Amazing! My only complaint is it doesn't have enough body to it to stay in the mouth without it drooling out pretty easily. What i do now is tilt my mouth back and don't worry about brushing super thoughly. I hold it in for about 2-3 mins when i can, swish it around to give as much contact time to seal the tooth, then spit an don't rinse. If you use as your daily toothpaste i found it starting to brown my teeth after a few months so now i use it once a week and a i can use any other non fluoridated toothpaste and still maintain no tooth sensitivity. Particle size and shape of the nano hydroxyapatite is critical. There are about 5-6 companies that use this companies proprietary formulation also.

It tastes great, has a pleasant scent and only requires a small amount. My gums started feeling better after only 2 days of using in addition to oil pulling with coconut oil.

Great toothpaste without the foam. Light mint flavor / sensation. Ask the dentist did a good job formulating this toothpaste.

Love this toothpaste. Great, clean ingredients. Different texture and minimal bubbles to standard toothpaste, but its something to get used to.

Excellent product

I watched a podcast from the dentist that created this toothpaste. It seams to be about as natural and effective as it comes. Boka is another favorite, and he also recommends their product. Boka is a bit more consistent texture and smoother like other toothpaste. Fygg is maybe slightly more natural, but a little more pasty and some air bubbles.I switch between the two and they both work great without destroying your oral microbiome from flouride or alcohol.
