    Apply to freshly cleansed skin for seaweed hues. A secret moisturizing fine line fighter too, perfect for an overnight beauty treatment! Apply before a bath for an herbal spa treatment. Suitable for all skin types, especially normal to dry. For sensitive skin, try a test patch at first. Some may be sensitive to seaweed, discontinue use if irritation occurs. Please note there most likely will be a bit of earthy texture to the balm from the seaweed, warm a little in fingers to break down before applying. Best if kept stored out of direct sunlight.

    Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

    Who pays return shipping?

    Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
    When will my refund be issued?

    Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

    Candles and fragrance products

    Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

    Cancellations and exchanges

    Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

    Plant Makeup is one of those brands that feels impossible to separate from the maker behind it. Created by OrangePeelMystic, the brand grew from a lifelong connection with plants, herbalism, art, and natural color. Her journey began in 2004 in a medicinal herb greenhouse, evolved into herbal teas around 2006, moved onto Etsy in 2008, and eventually became Plant Makeup — a full world of botanical beauty, art, music, photography, and handmade product design.
