    Our Elderberry Syrup is a concentrated herbal formula designed to be tougher than the average. It is jam-packed with 16 powerful herbs that support your immune system, respiratory system and nourish and strengthen your body. We sweeten it with local raw honey to add even more medical properties. It can be used daily as a preventive. If you catch a cold, increase serving to 4-6 times a day to recover faster.

    It can be added to carbonated water as an all-natural soda alternative or added to smoothies, popsicles, hot tea, and more for the added boost of wellness. We also make a wellness cocktail with it. It really tastes that good!

    STORAGE NOTE

    The unopened product does not require refrigeration and is shelf-stable when stored at cool, climate-controlled room temperature. Elderberry Elixir is sensitive to heat, so avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or hot storage areas, as heat may shorten its shelf life and can cause the product to spoil.

    For optimal freshness and longevity, feel free to immediately refrigerate upon recieving. Refrigeration can help extend the shelf life to approximately 12 months from the bottle date, beyond the 6-month best-by date.

    What is processing time?

    Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.

    Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

    Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.

    Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

    Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:

    • The item and the reported issue
    • The product packaging and seals
    • The outer shipping package and shipping label

    Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

    Who pays return shipping?

    Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
    When will my refund be issued?

    Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.

    Candles and fragrance products

    Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

    Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.

    Cancellations and exchanges

    Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

    Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.
