Children's Tranquility, Children's Sleep Aid* Relaxing Herbal Tincture with Chamomile for Sleep Support* 1 oz

I have to droppers full with a bev to my kid before bed, it took about an hour but it works! We’re not using melatonin any more due to bad effects! I recommend giving it to your kid an hour before bed. They said it taste ok. Not nasty though!

I have a 5 year old that has a hard time regulating emotions and sometimes has trouble sleeping. She does so great with this tincture. She doesn't drink it straight out of the bottle. We tried mixing with some water but she prefers to drink it with a little juice or something with flavor. Her mood highly improves and she gets a solid night's sleep. I've been so pleasantly surprised and hope she continues to benefit from Children's Tranquility... She's much happier with this and that makes my mama heart happy too!

Ingredients include: chamomile, catnip, Passion flower, valerian, water, and vegetable glycerin.Dosing: 5-30 drops.My six year old is already a pretty chill little fella but I agreed to try this out. First, it's kind of scary to look at. It's this murky brown color. The taste isn't horrible. Like a bitter tea. From experience, chamomile has always been our go-to relaxation drink. I'm not sure that adding the rest of the ingredients is exactly needed for the same effect but I suppose it can't hurt.I would like to point out that Passion Flower is counterindicated in pregnancy so I personally only tasted it rather than sample it at full dose.The opinions expressed are my own.

Great quality, and great for my over stimulated kid

My 8 month old had been having frequent night wakings since he was 3.5 months. Most times he wasn't hungry; he was restless and needed resettling. Since I started giving him this, the restlessness has considerably been reduced. When he wakes up, he breastfeeds for a quick 2 minutes then falls right back into a sound sleep.

My 20 month old takes it so great. I give it to him about an hour or so before bedtime just to help him settle. He opens up like a baby bird, no fuss

I been using this for a few years for my now 4 yr old. He doesn't complain about the flavor. However you have to remember to shake the bottle before each consumption. I had taste and it tastes strongly like chamomile mostly. I noticed it doesn't taste like before. I imagine they change the formula. Still works but I'm getting to the point of not feeling the need of using it as often. I been happy so far with this product I recommend to friends and family

From teething to car rides, I give this to my daughter any time she is extra fussy. It really seems to help her get some good rest when she's uncomfortable and I love knowing each ingredient. I was glad I read the faq on her website so I knew the build up on the inside of the dropper was normal and to be expected.

My two year old is currently in the "everything is too amazing to sleep" stage, and has the hardest time calming down at bedtime lately, so we decided to give this a shot. She has taken it, excitedly, three nights in a row now, and has slept restfully all night long. It's been such a nice, natural, option to have on hand to help her calm her little body down.

I have quite a few products from Birth Song, and while they are all awesome, this tincture is our family's favorite. It's an organic and/or wildcrafted glycerin based tincture made from calming herbs like chamomile, passionflower, catnip, and valerian. The taste is mellow and sweet which means my infant and preschooler both gladly take it even if I can't dilute in water. I tend to give it to my children if I know we are going to have a stressful event ahead of us or when my 7 month old is teething and extra irritable and fighting much needed sleep.I even use it if I am having a hard time winding down before bed.I love this product so much that I keep a bottle in my diaper bag and recommend it to all of my mommy friends!

We use this for our toddler before bed occasionally to help calm her down, and sleep better. Does the trick without "drugging" her.
