Boston Copper Cocktail Shaker Set

I wanted to put the finishing touches on a bar I was putting together and these shakers are amazing. Very classy looking. Thick copper. You can shake your drinks in style! Also, make sure that you wash and immediately completely dry these after using. They are pure copper and they will tarnish very quickly. Do not leave water drops on these because they will leave little water drop corrosion marks. Besides that, I would highly recommend these shakers. I didn't take a picture of the shakers, but I did take a picture of the cups I got along with them and they are beautiful as well! Exact same material so you can see the craftsmanship.

These shakers are so pretty and gain a beautiful natural patina with use! They fit to get her great and are easy to take apart. My hubs loves them

Quality copper. Expensive, but makes me happy. No issues with any leaking. Can shake up 2 cocktails at once. Good heavy weight. WillLast generations.

This set is well made. They are heavy. I like the real copper (instead of others that have a silver lining inside the cup). The hand rivets are stylish.

I bought these for an avid drink maker and she loved them! Love that they are real copper so the color won’t chip or fade.

I freaking love this set. Now, I am biased, in that I love copper, but this thing is quality craftsmanship.I did have to drop a star on giftabliity, but you shouldn't read it as a mark against the product, it's just that if I had another set I probably wouldn't give it away!If you have someone serious in your life that doesn't own a quality shaker set, give this set some consideration... Just don't take it out of the box or you'll be done for.

I love this shaker. It's impressive and well made. It's slightly smaller than a typical Boston shaker, but I very much like this size as it's easier to handle. I've seen the complaints about difficulty in separating the two halves, but honestly I haven't found that to be much of an issue. You don't really have to smack the smaller cup into larger one to make a seal...just a firm press and start shaking. I have not experienced any leaks so far. It's important to align the shakers down one side so that when you're ready to separate them, you can "rock" the smaller cup over and loosen it.Beautiful design, well functioning, and fairly priced for solid copper. I'll look for more copper tools in the future.

The set is amazing. Solid copper, should last a lifetime. A bit tricky to clean at times and the copper does require polishing to keep it shiny but overall it is worth it.

I haven’t had a chance to use this yet but it’s stunning!! Fits in with my decor perfectly and matched my copper Hawthorne strainer that I bought from a separate company. I have this on my kitchen counter and have received soo many compliments already on it. I will update my review if I ever have any issues with it, I will definitely be hand washing this and probably polishing this every so often to keep its sheen.

A little expensive, but worth it, so far been mixing cocktails with no issues. It looks even better in person, and they are nice and thick, not cheaply made.

Worth the buy

Bar goods should be nice looking and durable and this fits both fields perfectly. This product is dependent on how you treat and clean the product. Copper oxidize fast and you may find yourself washing this product with salt and vinegar almost every night using this in a bar. But if you manage to clean this product very good and softly, it sparkles shinier than any other bartender's stainless steel shaker. My only negative thought was that the shaker does not work with pint glasses. The copper shaker only works well with the set so not many shakers would fit into because of its thickness and shape. I did not experience any leaks and it created a very adequate seal on my shakes. And the copper material quickly becomes cold the instant you start shaking, so I find myself shaking the shaker at a lesser time than using other cocktail shakers. And also you can use this set for presentation for special guests like using it as a personal julep glass. But overall cool product.

Beautifully crafted, makes great drinks too. Also have their cups.

I purchased this shaker to compliment a bar set and tray that I was building and I had two real requirements: 1) Boston style shaker 2) Something with a warmer tone and not the usual chrome/stainless. This met those and has the side benefit of just being of very high quality. So far I've used it a dozen times or so to make various shaken drinks and I have not run into it leaking or anything else I would consider to be an issue. I'm looking forward to having this in service for a very long time.

These cups are exactly as advertised; they are heavy, solid copper (no tin/steel lining); they fit well together for shaking drinks, and I have even used the smaller one to simply sip water from. Mixing a drink in these copper cups seems to mellow the alcohol; I love it. These cups are well made as seen from the thickness of the cups (not sheet copper) and the maker's mark on the base of each cup. I will be ordering more items from the craftsmen at Sertodo soon.
