    SPRAY: Unlock the bottle by turning the cap a quarter turn. Spray along the body or face 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of heavy sweating and swimming. Remember to continuously apply at least every two hours when under the sun.

    Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

    Who pays return shipping?

    Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
    When will my refund be issued?

    Candles and fragrance products

    Cancellations and exchanges
