What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.

Carrier delays & missing packages
After a package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, transit may be affected by weather, holidays, peak-volume periods, transportation disruptions, or other carrier conditions outside our control.

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check:

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.

There are a lot of things I like about this sunscreen. It has great, all natural, ingredients and is a mineral sunscreen that uses non-nano zinc. It applies very easily and leaves no white cast and you don’t need to rub it in to achieve that effect. This smells great, a very mild natural scent. The only downside is that it feels oily and stays that way, it does not have a dry finish. I don’t really like an oily feel to my face, so I would probably only use it when I go to the beach or pool, and then I would want a higher SPF on those occasions. I don’t really see myself using this on a daily basis, I feel like I would get things oily, my steering wheel, keys, clothes, and that does not appeal to me. This may be good for someone else, but I will not purchase this again.

i like this sunscreen its vey good for the money it smells good and last a very long time its best for all ages and good for all skin types i definitely recommend this product .

This sunscreen with an SPF of 20 is OK, but it's a little oily on the face and not easily absorbed. I wore it under foundation which is fine, but it needs to be reapplied more often than I like if I'm fully outdoors, and that's not something that I want to do with foundation on. I think it works best for intermittent sun when a lower SPF would be more effective. Overall, I think this is a good product, but another with a higher SPF for outdoors might work better. The sunscreen caused no irritation or redness and seems safe for all skin types, including sensitive.

In the South this makes for a very effective sunblock for brief outings and mostly indoor or overcast days. The scent is pleasant, herbal, not beachy.Since this is a physical sunblock it sits a little heavier on the skin than a chemical sunblock, but seems lighter than many zinc oxide blocks I’ve tried. Applying it over hydrated skin,there was no white cast.Smells good, works well.

This sunscreen is great. I love the scent- it has a scent that reminds me of a spa. It's very lightweight and goes on easily and feels smooth. It feels very light on my face. It worked well and didn't cause any reaction or make my face breakout. Great size for travel. Would recommend.

This is a creamy, moisturizing mineral sunscreen lotion. It does go on white but blends in quickly. It has a somewhat oily feel and adds a lot of moisture to my skin. I like to layer different mineral sunscreens over each other, so I use this one in conjunction with a few others. This one is spf 20 and it makes a good layer. I especially like using it on my neck and chest. It also smells nice!

I wish it wasn't as oily as it is. It take sa while for my skin to absorb this which is unfortunate as the ingredients in this are very good and high quality. It's only spf 20 so that's another thing to keep in mind.I think this shines if you have very dry skin as it would moisturize your skin as well as protect it.Overall, 4/5 but not for me.

I like that this sunscreen is made of good ingredients, fragrance-free, and cruelty-free.But I found it too oily and greasy to be used alone - it worked well as a makeup base though.

It is very oily and takes a long time to dry even if I use my blow dryer on my face and use pressed powder on top of the sunblock. It’s still greasy when I touch my neck after 30 minutes. The reason I gave it a four star is that it looks like my face is glowing and looks younger after I use this product and I don’t get acne.
