The balm itself is beautiful. As you apply it it melts onto your lips and leaves them feeling soft and moisturized but not at all waxy or sticky or any other negative that usually comes with lip balm. I'm really impressed that it doesn't feel waxy - it looks like wax until your lips warm it up and then it is just creamy and luscious.However. The packaging. :( I love that it's plastic-free. Really. But the package is beautiful and chic, and then they just slap a sticker over it that doesn't come off. This prevents it from being particularly giftable for the lip balm lover in your life. Additionally, trying to push it up like one of those old school Flintstone push pops is.... Well hopefully I'll get better at it. I sort of had to keep my finger under the tube to keep my lips from pushing the balm back down. And because of that, I feel the packaging touches my lips, which i think may break down the cardboard.But I adore the product itself.

I really appreciate the paper/cardboard tube reducing waste. The scent is nice, the balm is effective and feels luxurious. Its worth noting that the opening is huge, so it’s tricky to glide across your lips.

New to this product. It’s smaller than expected but, simply packaged in eco friendly cardboard. Frustrated that a shipping label covered most of container. Product itself is moisturizing. For now, I keep it handy at my home office desk

This is the best lip balm I've used. It has natural ingredients and it keeps my lips moist for a long time. Much better than cheaper ChapSticks.

This is the best lip balm on the planet. My whole family loves it - dry lips will improve after one or two applications. It’s miraculous. The packaging is thoughtful and the ingredients are fantastic. I even have a dedicated one that I use on the rest of my face.

Its cute, it doesn't smell offensive, it does the job, but so do other chapsticks that are waaaay cheaper

The balm itself is awesome. It moisturizes my lips really well. I tend to apply it right before bed and let it so it’s thing while I sleep. When I wake up my lips are so soft. You also get a lot of product for the price. The only thing I don’t like is the cardboard packaging and the fact that they cover it in the shipping label. When you try to remove that label it peels off the pretty cardboard design. Other than that it is a great product and great value.

Bought one and used it till the last swipe. It’s that GOOD!! It work’s wonderful so my husband used it and had to buy him one. Now just received another in the mail. It really works.

This lip balm feels nice on my lips. It's moisturizing and long lasting. The size is large and it will last me a while! I took one star off because there's a sticker over the whole lip balm, when I removed it it left a sticky adhesive residue on the outside of the container.Overall, this is a good find and I would order it again!

I like this lip balm and find it to be very moisturizing. I am sensitive to fragrances and I really love that this doesn't have a noticeable scent or flavor. It is a thicker than a standard lip balm which feels fancy to me.I really like that this is plastic-free, however that means it is a bit more difficult to use compared to a plastic tube which you can twist to dispense more. On this one, you have to just push up from below like with a push pop. I am completely willing to make this trade-off to reduce my plastic waste and because I enjoy the quality of this product.

Love the balm, not crazy about the cardboard component or the diameter of the product.I battle with chapped lips and am always trying to find good balms. This one checks almost all the boxes for me. It's made with clean ingredients, made in the USA, absorbs well, and it isn't goopy or sticky. There's no added color to it and the scent is like the natural cocoa, I'm able to use this as well as on my toddler because I feel good about the ingredients. The amount of product in the tube is also twice that of the other brands of lip balm you can buy at the drugstore, something to keep in mind when considering the price point.The critiques I have, but not on the balm itself - I've seen others say it, the sticker on the outside of the cardboard package is terrible. DO NOT try to remove it, it does not peel off cleanly and leaves the tube sticky. Just slice through the sticker at the meeting point and leave it affixed, annoying, but better than having every fuzz or crumb in your bag or pocket sticking to it. I appreciate the more eco friendly cardboard tube, but I don't think it would hold up super well getting tossed around a purse long term. It can take me a long time to finish a regular tube of lip balm, this one is double the size and I don't know that the cardboard will hold up and keep its shape for the amount of time it would take me to use it all. It says it can be applied to lips or other dry areas, I wish the diameter of the tube was smaller and longer. The main purpose of this is as a balm and it's huge.

Thick, great smelling lip balm! Works very well to keep your lips soft ALL DAY LONG! Perfect size too, fits in your pocket! I just cant get over the smell, smells like a tropical paradise! Great buy!

I love the fact that this lip balm came in a recyclable container instead of plastic. The product itself feels amazing on my lips. It has some great ingredients such as cocoa butter, sea buckhorn fruit oil and buriti fruit oil. The only comment I had is that there was a big product sticker that was slapped on the actual container. When I removed it it torn the product label off. That issue is no way reflects on the quality of the product itself so I can't deduct a star for that. Perhaps the maker could put the product is a small recyclable bag to avoid that issue going forward. Great product and I would gladly buy more in the future.

This is a good lip balm – very moisturizing but not greasy. It comes in a cardboard tube instead of the usual plastic tube. You push up from the bottom of the paper tube to dispense. The top of my balm was not level – it was like a bowl so a bit challenging to apply. It is also a wide balm.

Love this lip balm. One of the best I've ever purchased, clean ingredients and it's not plastic! Great design, easy to use. Wanted to purchase again but it's saying "currently unavailable." Hope they get it back in stock soon.
