    How to use

    Standard Cup:

    Use 1โ€“3 tsp of tea per 8 oz of hot water (just below boiling).

    Steep 10โ€“20 minutes in a covered cup to retain all nutrients and aroma.

    Overnight Infusion (for stronger results):

    Add ยผ cup of tea to a quart mason jar.
