    SIZING AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS

    This is a large 16 oz family sized bottle, it has 32 servings if taking 1 tbsp a day and 96 servings if taking 1 tsp a day. 

    Adults typically take 1-2 tbsp a day and children under 12 typically take 1-2 tsp a day, But remember this is a food so you can't take "too much". We have been known to take 1 oz every few hours when we needed to.
