What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.

My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.

An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

I have two kids. One reluctantly tolerates it and the other flat out cries when she sees the bottle. They just don’t like the taste. I tired it too and it made a little tingly feeling on my tongue. Also, had some gross looking black stuff on the dropper but I learned that was normal from another review.. I wish I could love this product, but it’s just not working out for us.

The holistic nutritional supplement contains: echinacea, grape root, yarrow, ginger root, uses, water, and vegetable glycerin. A single serving is 5-30 drops (depending on age and weight of child).I have a six year old who is relatively healthy. I can't say whether it's made him more healthy or not.I did taste it. It's not bad but it is a strong flavor. Sensitive taste buds might balk at it. I didn't care for it, nor did my six year old. But it wasn't the worst flavored one. I do like that it's sugar free, though sugar would probably help it be more palatable.The opinions expressed are my own.

To begin with, the products were thoughtfully packaged to ensure safe handling of the products. I have used the children’s immune booster, respiratory support and healing salve for my little one since he was 6 months old. I am so glad to have found birthsongbotanicals herbal products because not only do I know these are safe for my son but it is effective. Since my son started preschool, he has come home with various bugs which is inevitable but using birthsongbotanicals herbal products have ensured that he bounces back to health quickly and not miss out on fun for too long. Truly recommend this brand!

I bought the kit with the respiratory support and a few other drops for my toddler at the time. It worked wonders on him, but it works even better on my 1.5 year old now. Her runny nose and colds literally clear up a day after I use it, but with other nutritional support of course. This tincture just seems to heal her instantly. And it lasts forever, I've been using it intermittently for a year and I just had to buy a new one.

My daughter's recovery time was nothing!The bottle dropper makes it very easy & convenient to dispense it.We haven't had any issues with flavor, but I have been adding the tincture to fresh juices, and I could just add a little less if it were an issue for either of my children.I'm very pleased with the results of using this tincture & absolutely would recommend.

It's hard to get results when your kids refuse to drink this in their regular water bottles. I've tried the minimum dosage and they can still taste it. Such a bummer as I was looking for some extra immune building supplements for them this winter. We just had the stomache bug go through.
