    It’s a good idea to ask your care team before consuming- my midwife looked at the ingredients and gave me the thumbs up. I’m glad she did as this tea is delicious to me. Usually I’m doing a long infusion- letting it steep for several hours. It feels nourishing, and my iron levels have been good so far. It is also beautiful- I love the rose hips being included for the color but also because vitamin c helps with iron absorption- or so I understand!

    Love this tea! It smells good, tastes great with no need to add sugar and it’s even kinda pretty! Didn’t expect the little tea ball when I ordered, but what a bonus!     I loved both the flavor and that the tea was packaged only a few weeks before it reached my house. I especially love it "bulletproof" with coconut oil to add some good fat in. Definitely recommend!
