    It’s a good idea to ask your care team before consuming- my midwife looked at the ingredients and gave me the thumbs up. I’m glad she did as this tea is delicious to me. Usually I’m doing a long infusion- letting it steep for several hours. It feels nourishing, and my iron levels have been good so far. It is also beautiful- I love the rose hips being included for the color but also because vitamin c helps with iron absorption- or so I understand!

    I’ve been using this tea for a couple of weeks now and I love it. It tastes great and is filled with healthy, organic herbs that are great for pregnant women, or really all women!I can also tell a difference in my morning sickness lessening, probably because of the peppermint in the tea. I love it!
