    HOW TO USE

    1. Measure:
    Use 2 tbsp of coffee per 8 oz water (or adjust to taste).

    2. Grind:
    Grind fresh.

    Drip → Medium

    Pour-over → Medium-fine

    French press → Coarse

    3. Brew:
    Use hot water 195–205°F and brew as you normally would—drip, pour-over, French press, espresso, or cold brew.
    No special steps needed; the mushrooms are already infused into the beans.

    4. For Cold Brew:
    Steep grounds in cold water for 12–18 hours, strain, enjoy.

    5. Store:
