A rare piece of vintage Washington history from the 1950s available in your choice of a Black, Light Wood, or Mahogany frame. Framed in U/V glass and cut mat with the history of Hormel Pennants on the back.

WHAT IS A HORMEL PENNANT?
In the 1950s, collectibles were everywhere: baseball cards, comic books, stamps, and more. In 1953, the Hormel Company wanted to capitalize on this trend and attached over 5 million wool felt 4 x 9 inch pennants representing 95 different universities to their soup cans using rubber bands (seriously!).
Once advertised in comic books and at grocery stores, very few of these special collectibles remain today. At Americana Memories, we have attractively framed these pieces for your enjoyment; to rekindle old memories, celebrate graduations and acceptances, and of course, brag about your school.
