I'd been wanting to try these for a while and now I wish I hadn't waited so long! First, these capsules look and smell amazing. I used to have an afternoon crash, which would cause me to need more caffeine in the afternoon, but now I take Kinder Thoughts and I actually feel like my afternoons are my most productive time of day! Also, I absolutely love the packaging!

I received my package and when I first opened the bottle I noticed that the tamper proof seal on top was loose on one side. It looks like they didn’t apply enough adhesive on the bottle to provide a good seal with the label.They use a glass bottle which is a nice touch. The Saffron capsules are medium sized pills which do not have any aftertaste. I am a fan of turmeric so I definitely like the dosage of turmeric and saffron these have.I have been taking these for 1 week and have noticed a mild increase in mood and focus. I look forward to the continued improvement.With only a 30 day supply these capsules cost a little over $3 a pill. Not sure the cost outweighs the benefits but they do use natural ingredients that are good for the body.

This is the first time I’ve tried saffron. I noticed a subtle sense of well-being on most days that I took a capsule. So far this is a 10-day trial. Being new to saffron, I did an online search on the effects of saffron. I found out that there are at least 8 clinical studies showing that lepticrosalides, the active ingredients in saffron, are effective against low mood, anxiety, and insomnia. I have to give this supplement 5 stars despite the very high cost ($3.30 per serving).

In the 7 days that I have been taking these. I have noticed a change in mood and less intimation in my knees. That was honestly my goal with taking these and I'm glad that its working. No taste and decent to swallow.
