I can't say that it works because I did EVERYTHING possible to increase my supply (up water intake, herbal supplements, lactation cookies, power pumping) but it didn't hurt my supply at the very least! Before trying everything all at the same time (to include this) I was pumping 2oz combined at a time. Now, a few days later, I'm pumping 5-6oz multiple times a day. I will say that it really helps you up your water intake because you'll be guzzling it down trying to get the taste out of your throat 😂 It's not so bad that you shouldn't try it.

On my second bottle and it seems to work well. I am not an over producer but I do feel ‘fuller’ after taking. I like to take it in the afternoon so my supply is more in the evening when baby is more fussy. I like that it’s all natural and I much rather take this then any of the other lactation products out there. Oh and I add it to my ice coffee and can’t really taste it

I have had four children and my milk supply takes a severe dip each time I return to work after maternity leave. I have tried a number of products and techniques to increase the supply each time, typically to little effect. However, I strongly feel that it was specifically Let There Be Milk that gave me a very quick increase in my supply.I took the tincture Thursday night and Friday morning. By the time I had my first pumping session I pumped a whopping five ounces. (Usually I get about one ounce per side so this was incredible output for me).It doesn’t taste good. At all. But the output was well worth of 30 seconds of discomfort.I’ve included picture that show my output before Let There Be Milk and after.

As someone who struggles with supply issues regardless of how often I pump, I am always on the prowl for a supplement that actually works. This works better than any other supplement or prescription for that matter that I have tried (and I have truly exhausted them all). I have gained about 3-4 oz more per day which is a win considering I have had zero improvement with other brands. It definitely has an herbal taste but nothing unbearable. I mix this in a tiny bit of Dr. Pepper and can barely taste it. Aftertaste does not linger. Definitely recommend.

I’m a skeptic. I did feel if my milk was low this would help! Might not have been dramatic, but it would help increase.

I recently had my 4th baby. I breastfed my previous 3, but my supply was never great and they took a long time to gain enough weight to make the doctors happy. I didn’t want to go through the same experience again. I read about this product on a blog and was skeptical, but after reading the ingredients and the reviews I gave it a shot. The results have been AMAZING! My baby goes about 3 hours between feedings and by the time he’s ready to eat my breasts are so full that they’re starting to hurt. He gained back to his birth weight right on time and he sleeps almost all night at just a month old. I wish I had found this product sooner

I’ve bought two bottles of this already. I was having issues with my supply around 3 months and it helped a lot!! I am 8 months now and just repurchased because I feel my supply is dropping again. I love it. Doesn’t taste great but it’s not unbearable. Highly recommend

I'm currently trying 4-5 things to regain my milk supply. After 9 months of breastfeeding, my supply dropped. While this is not the only thing I'm using, I believe this is a major contributor to regaining my supply. This tastes like bad 151 Rum or gasoline. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CHASER! Lime, salt, smoothie - anything to chase this with.

I did notice a supply increase but the gas for me personally was getting out of hand! Thank god I’m still on maternity leave or this would be embarrassing!

I’ve only been using this product one day and I’ve already noticed a difference. My son is only 7 weeks and my supply was dropping so I looked around and this product had the most promising reviews. I was worried about the taste from the other reviews so I drink it with the smallest amount of grape juice and it’s worked great. I haven’t pumped yet as my supply before wasn’t enough to pump and breastfeed. If that changes I’ll update this review. My supply tends to be nonexistent at night but as I’m typing this it was leaking out and hadn’t done that since he was born.

I love this tincture!! The taste is awful, but it has helped my milk supply a bunch. I don't pump too often, I mostly breastfeed my baby, but even after I breast feed her I notice my boobs get full and ready to feed her again within an hour. I've been doing 3-4 doses a day for about 3 days now, and with the help of Mother's Milk tea, my supply has almost doubled. Happy, fed baby means a happy momma!! Worth every penny.

I have been using this product and following the directions (except I use 3x daily) and I have 100% noticed a difference in my BM supply! I’ve tried everything.. every drink, snack, powder etc. and this has been a game changer.I was really only producing just enough to feed my NB now I can store 4oz in the fridge for back up or start a good freezer stash!It definitely hasn’t created an oversupply and I’m not leaking like crazy, but I now have enough to BF my baby all throughout the day which is something I couldn’t say before.The taste is ehh but not the worst thing in the world.I have not tried the drops on my tongue but I do however drop them in a couple ounces of water and chug.I have heard the the fenugreek can dry people up so I would try a product like milk spring or something less intense ( that contains fenugreek) to test the water before taking this supplements. I did that because I could NOT afford to dry up.. my baby can only have BM as of right now.

Short review- I believe this, paired with power pumping/ consistency with pumping, greatly enhanced my supply, going from 2oz from both breasts, to as much as 10 oz in a sitting from both breasts.Long review- forgive typing errors, I'm writing this at 3 a.m! So...I was struggling to keep up with my 4-5 week olds need for milk. I would nurse him on one side for over 20 minutes, and swap him to the other side, always ending in him crying. My spectre pump finally came in week four after a battle with insurance. I began taking this 5x a day (3 during the day and 2 at night time sessions) and didn't notice a change for the first 3 days. A slight increase came day 4, but nothing to write home about. Then, I noticed my night time pumps went from a yield of 2 oz total between breasts, to 4! It had doubled.. at night! My supply always dips towards the evenings. Feeling hopeful I went to sleep and woke up around 2 am for my "first shift" on the fifth day. 6 oz. I couldn't believe it. The second shift I was back down to 4 oz but I couldn't complain, his second sleep shift is always a bit shorter so that made sense to me. He gave me a long stretch after that, and my partner woke to give him the surplus bottle I created over night. (The first true surplus bottle I had made) and I got an extra two hours of sleep! I woke up around 7:30 am and was noticeably more engorged than normal, so I used a warm compress (I often do before I pump) and I made 8 oz!! Since then I have gotten as much as 10 oz in a single morning session and continue to get no less than 4 per pump sesh giving me anywhere from 6-10 extra oz each day to freeze! I believe it's in a large part do to this product. But I also did the following to boost my supply.I pump for 30 minutes at a setting of 4 or higher with my spectre double pump, every two hours. that seems to be the absolute best for me personally but have slipped and gone longer stretches because every 2 hours is hard to maintain. I also drink mothers milk tea and continued red raspberry leaf tea after birth.**** disclaimer- I'm not medically trained at all but I will warn you, take this product with food as the bottle says. If you have or are prone to having low blood pressure, start with a smaller amount and try to work up to 5x daily. I did go over board one day and did 20 drops 7 x a day, and drank mothers milk tea, all containing fenugreek, and felt strong feelings of low blood pressure. A pedialyte and a bunch of water helped me feel better but not worth the risk. Food and water, and follow the directions and this might help you too. Good luck!

Let me start by saying it works!! Been using off and on about a month now. One dropper full a day then once a week. The taste was awful the 1st few times. So the trick is- take a dropper full, put a lil orange juice in your mouth, add the dropper and swallow it all together. Chase with more orange juice then some water. Can’t even taste it! I tried everything before that to mask the taste. It’s like this Thai alcoholic drink I use to get with my friends lol. Anyway to the effectiveness: I have fibrocystic dense breasts, no milk comes through. Taking this along with daily breast massages after each shower and before bed allowed me to finally produce some milk. Not much but there are results after 3 weeks!I’ll keep taking and see what happens. Maybe I’ll fill a bottle one day and stop using formula. The bottle is still more than half full 😂 , again, the taste was like licking an ashtray with cinnamon

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this product worked so well I had to! After my cycle returned, hormones made my supply totally TANK. I tried the cal-mag supplements, eating oatmeal, drinking gallons of water, you name it. Nothing worked. Then I bought this and used it the maximum number of servings each day. After the first day I saw a huge improvement! The second day my supply was back to normal! I'm no longer having to supplement with stored breastmilk and the stress of a lowered supply is gone. Seriously, if you notice your supply lowering, buy and use this stuff! Oh, and the taste isn't bad. It tastes like Mother's Milk tea which I kind of enjoy.

As a nurse I’m skeptical Of most botanicals without studies, but I was desperate as I wasn’t producing enough milk for my 1 month old. After 3 days taking this 2x a day my supply increased 50%. It’s not delicious. I put the 20 drops in a shot glass then filled it 1/4-1/2 the way up with water and drank quickly following it with more water. The only reason I won’t give this 5 stars is because approximately 12 hours after I took it my baby would have painful gas. Once I stopped the product the regular daily gas stopped. Fortunately my supply stayed increased since stopping. I took the product for 3 weeks. I’d recommend to anyone searching for ways to increase supply, but I’d also advise that you watch for the side effect in your little one.UPDATE: When my period returned 5 months postpartum my daily pumping went from 27oz to 15oz. I figured my baby was older and used to gas so I’d try this product again since it did work to increase supply the first time. 3 doses later I stopped and threw it away because once again my little one got painful (screaming, crying, writhing) gas. My baby cried less with shots than with the gas this stuff caused. It’s not worth having more milk when it causes such discomfort.

I had high expectations for this product. As stated in many reviews, this does had a bad taste but its such a small amount I take at a time that it doesn't really bother me. I am exclusively breastfeeding my 8 week old and have been trying to build a freezer stash for when I return to work. I was previously getting an extra 6-8 oz per day and using this product has increased it to 8-10 oz. extra per day. Not a huge increase but more than none. I take a dropper full 3 times a day.

I'm a nursing mom who's supply tanked a month after returning to work. I took a dose of this after dinner. Mixed it in an ounce of orange juice - really not bad tasting at all this way. Three hours later I was able to pump 2.5 ounces which is good for me. I haven't been able to do an evening pump since the early days of engorgement. So I guess I'll never know if it worked or it's placebo but either way I'm pleased with the results.

If you are used to natural remedies, you will not have a problem with the taste of this supplement. This tincture tastes no worse (in fact, somewhat better) than something like echinacea goldenseal. It's normal for a dropper tincture. As some have mentioned in their experience, my little one, too, gets a little gassy when I use this, but not to the point of discomfort for him. Overall, I found this to be helpful in maintaining/building my supply slightly when I need to pump before heading to my part-time job. It does a little bit better job than just blessed thistle and fenugreek alone, which is what I had been taking before using this. I do two doses daily and my large bottle will last me a month.

This product is definitely helpful in getting milk to flow. I was pumping about 1-2 oz per session and now I am up to about 4. It took a few days to get into my system. AND OH MY GOODNESS, IT TASTES HORRIBLE!!! It has a very strong alcohol taste, so its best to take in between food bites or have some juice on hand to get the taste out of your mouth. But it does the trick in helping your body to produce more milk, so I can't complain!

Lots of people are all bent out of shape because there's *gaaasp* alcohol in here. That's because the ingredients are better soluble in alcohol, hence a more effective tincture. Plus, better shelf life. It's DROPS of alcohol and won't hurt you. I like an effective product so that's alright with me.Second complaint I'm seeing is the taste... it's really not that bad, obviously no other reviewers have tried Malört. I was convinced based on the reviews I was going to die of bad tastes. Boohoo. I drop 20 drops into a shot glass of plain water. It tastes kind of like overcooked celery. It's over in seconds and I haven't died yet because it's not pumpkin spice flavored .I've struggled a lot with my supply, thanks to a baby who is an ineffective and lazy eater. This has probably increased my milk output several ounces a day. I take 3 doses of 20 drops each. All in all a helpful product that isn't as bad at all like it's made out to be.

I was hesitant to purchase because I was already taking fenugreek and milk thistle daily and still my supply seemed to dwindling week by week. I was down to pruducing only 9.5-10 oz during the workday, despite power pumping, Gatorade, and supplements, so I tried Let There Be Milk as a last resort, and I’m so glad I did. After 5 days of use, I’m back up to 16-17 oz per workday.I took off 1 star for the taste. Yes, it’s as bad as other reviewers have said. I will say, I’ve gotten sort of used to it and now take it with Gatorade to chase it. Worth it!

I was hesitant at best but after reading the reviews I had to give it a try. I've been struggling with pumping ever since 2 weeks post partum when I started, only getting 0.5-1.5 ounces each session. I have to go back to work in three weeks and have been worried about being able to store milk for child care. I've been drinking mothers milk and eating oatmeal daily which I don't think works well. I just received this product yesterday and took one dose yesterday and one this morning. So far, yesterday I pumped 2.5 ounces and today I pumped 3 ounces which is the most I've ever pumped! It tastes awful, but if it keeps working I don't even care about that. I'm optimistic!
