Good Night Herbal Tincture – Valerian & Passionflower (1 oz)

Ingredients: chamomile, catnip, Passion flower, valerian, water, and vegetable glycerin.Dosage: 20-30 drops.If the ingredients between "Good Night" and "Children's Traquility" look the same, it's because they are (and in the same order). I honestly don't think I need both.My six year old doesn't have any issues sleeping but we did try it out.It has a strong, bitter taste. That's with one or two drops. I couldn't imagine getting him to take 20-30 drops.The ingredients are spot on for relaxation, so I believe if I could get him to actually take it... It would probably work really well.The opinions expressed her are my own.

I’ve had 4 hours of sleep on average for years as I suffer from Lyme, hypothyroidism, pcos and a slew of other issues so a lot of supplements with lemon balm for example are counterproductive for me. Recently I started taking ashwaghanda, saffron and saw deeper sleep but was still waking at 2am every morning. Then I decided to try these drops in addition to the other supplements and I’ve had beautiful results! 8-9 hours! I don’t wake groggy or feeling stoned like I do with melatonin. I highly recommend!

The taste isn’t great I’m gonna be honest. I didn’t notice a huge effect in my sleep but I think with these type of natural tinctures it’s supposed to be very subtle I’ll have to use it more to see. I do however like the ritual of it it really lets me know OK it’s bedtime right now kind of like brushing your teeth before bed it’s just an added thing that kind of Pampers you before laying down.

The taste of this is very strong like if licorice and prunes had a baby. It's not a bad taste just strong and honestly kind of a surprise the first time you try it. It works effectively. Provide a gentle calming sleep

My 17 month old daughter wasn't fond of the taste but got use to it. In terms of how effective it was she sleeps much more soundly during the periods she sleeps! So amazing

This product works! I used this on and off during my second and third trimester when I was dealing with restlessness and insomnia and it made a great difference! I just keep it in my nightstand and use as needed. Love the taste too!

This stuff works great. Would recommend to anyone who has issues with the occasional bouts of isnonima.I usually drink it with water about 30 minutes before bed. Use the drops as instructed and you should be fine.

This works great! I have found it gives me a lot of dreams, but that's not a bad thing. I have learned not to take it in the early morning in order to go back to sleep since it works a little too well and leaves me groggy if I don't have several hours of sleep.

28 weeks and sleep is not easy through this entire pregnancy, until now. I just ran out of my first bottle of the good night tincture last night and knew I had to turn around and get a new one ordered today. It helps me get into a deeper state of sleep and faster. No more feeling of being on the surface of awake and asleep where all the crazy dreams are easily remembered. I still wake up to pee but I find it easier to fall back asleep after now too. Grateful to have found a safe and natural sleep aid. I wish I'd known of it earlier in my pregnancy!

Love it!!! This was given to me by my midwife postpartum. I had a terrible time falling asleep after nursing my son. This helped tremendously! I've since purchased miore and have given it to several friends. I highly recommend it

I have a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep so I'm always open to something that might help. The instructions for this Good Night tincture is to take 20-30 drops an hour before bedtime and another 20-30 drops at bedtime. I wasn't going to count out 30 drops, so I fill up the dropper a couple times and take that. No, it doesn't have a pleasant taste and I usually drink water afterward; hopefully that doesn't dilute it. It has good stuff in it for sleep, chamomile, catnip (actually this is the first time I've seen that for relaxation), passion flower and valerian.I've taken this every night for a few weeks now and the bottle is close to empty. I know the chamomile, passion flower and valerian and great herbs for relaxation. I may be a tough case but personally I can't tell that I'm any more relaxed after taking it (I'm someone who is not able to take naps). It may help someone who just needs a a little boost to get to sleep. 3 1/2 stars{Sample provided for review}

Received free to review. Followed directions on dosage, taking before bedtime then at bedtime. While the taste could improve, it did bring on relaxation enough to fall asleep.
